【摘要】 随着城市旅游发展进程的加快,对城市景观旅游功能的追求和塑造成为创造人性化的城市旅游环境的关键。城市景观是发展城市旅游的载体,城市旅游功能的完善、城市旅游形象的提升都极大地依托于城市景观的开发。对城市景观的旅游价值进行科学认识和评价,进一步开发城市景观的旅游功能,对城市旅游的发展有重要的促进作用。本文以青岛市为例,首先对城市景观和城市旅游发展相互关系进行分析,并尝试构建城市景观旅游价值评价体系;在对青岛市部分城市景观现状进行分析的基础之上,特征上述评价体系进行城市景观旅游价值评价的实证分析;并根据评价结果提出建设性意见和构想,进一步挖掘城市景观的内涵,开发其潜在的旅游价值,从整体上提升城市景观的旅游功能,从而促进青岛市城市旅游的发展。论文采用德尔菲法、层次分析法和模糊评价法等定性和定量分析方法。主要成果与结论如下:(1)对城市景观和城市旅游的相互关系进行了剖析,一是城市景观对城市旅游的影响,主要表现在都市旅游环境、城市旅游功能分区、城市旅游形象等三个方面;二是城市旅游对城市景观的影响,主要表现在城市旅游规划推动城市景观建设、改善城市景观功能、城市旅游形象的塑造提升景观形象等方面,并对城市旅游对景观的负面影响进行分析。这对今后城市景观旅游价值开发具有一定的指导作用。(2)基于对城市景观与城市旅游的相互关系分析,以景观生态学、旅游景观认知学和旅游资源评价理论为指导,以青岛城市景观整体为研究对象,从旅游吸引力、旅游功能、资源开发条件三个方面构建了城市景观旅游价值评价指标体系并确定指标权重,具体包括8个二级指标和21个三级指标,并运用模糊综合分析评价方法,对评价指标进行分析和划分评价等级标准,从而构建了城市景观旅游价值的评价指标体系。(3)对青岛市城市景观进行实证研究。首先分析青岛市城市景观特点以及城市旅游与城市景观发展相互关系,运用上述评价指标体系对青岛的城市景观的旅游价值进行评价,并得出评价结果为总体发展态势良好,并对此进一步加以分析,找出制约因素主要有旅游环境容量、特色表演、景观夜游、创意旅舍等,最后提出有相应的的发展建议,从而促进城市景观与城市旅游的和谐发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the fast development of city tour, the requirement and promotions of city tour functions become the key issues to create humanized city tour environment. The city tour development, image promotion, function excavation, and the value improvement can not exist without the development of city tour functions. It becomes the important part of city tour development to reasonably develop and reinforce the tour functions of city tour.Take the city of Qingdao as example, firstly analyze the relations between the townscape and city tour development and try modeling the evaluation system of building townscape. Based on analyzing the state of the art of townscape of some cities, evaluate the value of urban landscape of Qingdao according to the evaluation systems built formerly. Raise constructive suggestions and conceptions according to the evaluation results to exploit the cultivation and attraction of urban landscape to improve the tour function, so that the urban landscape of Qingdao could be improved and cultivate the development of city tour of Qingdao.The research methods of this thesis include qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods, such as Delphi Method, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), Hazy Evaluation Method and so on. The main results and conclusions are listed as follows:(1) The relationship between urban landscape and city tour were analyzed, the main effects of townscape on city tour were shown in three issues, the exhibition of city tour environment, the constrain of structure of townscape on the city tour sectorization, the cultivation of image building of townscape on city tour development. The main effects of city tour on townscape were shown in the issues, such as the promotion of city tour planning on townscape building, urban landscape function improving, city tour image building, and urban landscape image promotion and so on. Besides, the negative effects of city tour development on urban landscape to give the guideline of townscape development for city tour.(2) On the premise of the analyzing results of relationship between urban landscape and city tour, take the urban landscape ecology, urban landscape cognitive and tour resource evaluation as guideline, together with the analysis model and the research contents of city tour in some articles, the assessment index for affecting the development of city tour was selected, according to the whole unit of urban landscape, imply Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process on building the evaluation system of city tour value and determination the weighing values for assessment indexes from aspects of attractiveness of tour, tour functions, resource development, which includes 8 secondary indexes and 21 third class indexes, and then use Hazy Evaluation Method to analyze the assessment indexes to get the standard of assess class, use qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods to build the evaluation index system of city tourism value.(3) Take urban landscape of Qingdao city as experiment research; firstly analyze the state of the art of urban landscape of Qingdao city, using the evaluation index system to assess the city tourism value from the relationship between the development of city tour and urban landscape, the results is that the total development trending is good. And the problems could be found out from the evaluation results, so that the constrain issues including tour environment capacity, special actions, night urban landscape, creative hotels and so on could be raised. Based on these analysis, the constructive suggestions are given, and find out the constitutive development way for exploring the city tour value development reasonably so that the urban landscape and city tour could develop harmoniously.更多还原
