【摘要】 本文首先简要介绍了国内物流发展的现状,我国高等学校开设物流管理专业的情况,以及在开设相关课程时所存在的问题,从而指出在物流管理教学中,必需加强学生的实践运用能力。针对目前作者所在高校的教学与实践环节所面临的实际情况,随着物流管理技术的蓬勃发展,物流实验室的作用越来越重要,介绍了现代物流实验室建设中应用的先进技术,实验室建设规划和实验室应该囊括的实训项目,为满足上述目的,实验室应该配置的设备和采购方法。最后论述了我国高校筹融资渠道多元化的创新思路:要坚持政府投入为主,努力扩大学费以外的多元化筹融资途径,包括捐赠、融资租赁资产设备融资、吸纳民间资本、扩大校办企业收入和银校合作的个人委托贷款融资等,并应用财务管理的原理分析了实验室开放运营的可能性,以及在实验室筹备过程中存在的风险及解决措施。目前,项目评估理论在实验室建设应用中的很少,没有形成系统的评估分析范式,本文就这一问题创新性的通过对山东交通职业学院现代物流实验室项目进行全面的科学的系统的评估分析,为该领域项目评估提供了参考性范式。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper first briefly introduce the domestic logistics development status, China’s institutions of higher learning set up logistics management professionals, as well as the creation of related courses at the time of existence of the problem, to point out in the logistics management of teaching, the need to strengthen the practice of student ability to apply it.View of the current author of colleges and universities where teaching and practice aspect of the actual situation faced by, as the logistics management technology to flourish, logistics more and more important role in the laboratory, the introduction of modern logistics laboratory building applications of advanced technology, laboratory construction planning and laboratory projects should include the practical training, in order to meet the above objectives, the laboratory should be to configure the equipment and procurement methods.Finally discusses the financing channel of China’s colleges and universities a wide range of innovative ideas: To adhere to government investment as the mainstay, and strive to expand the fee other than the diversified financing channels of financing, including donations, finance lease capital equipment financing, to attract private capital to expand the school-run enterprise income and silver school co-operation of individuals entrusted loan financing, and the application of the principles of financial management analysis of the laboratory, opening up the possibility of operators, as well as in the laboratory during the preparatory process for the existence of risks and remedial measures.At present, the project evaluation theory in the laboratory building of the very few applications, there is no systematic assessment analysis paradigm, this article on this issue through innovative traffic Shandong Transportation Vocational College of Modern Logistics Laboratory project to conduct a comprehensive scientific system assessment analysis, project evaluation in this field provides a reference paradigm.更多还原
