【摘要】 随着社会经济的不断发展和工业化程度的逐步提高,人类对自然环境所带来的负面影响也日益突出,在此情形下,人们开始注意自然资源的合理利用和环境保护问题。而确立正确的自然旅游资源经济价值观,以及科学合理地计算自然旅游资源的经济价值,不仅有利于促进自然旅游资源的保护和合理开发,也有利于自然旅游资源收益的合理分配。目前,世界上已有许多专家学者开始投身于自然旅游资源价值及与其密切相关的生态环境经济价值核算领域的研究。本文选择位于福建省南平市延平区郊区5公里的石佛山森林公园作为研究对象,在详细地阐释了与自然旅游资源价值密切相关的若干定义及研究的理论依据之后,通过对当前较为常用的多种评估核算方法进行比较分析,最终选择个人旅行成本法和条件价值法作为评估核算石佛山森林公园自然旅游资源经济价值的方法,并分别得出核算结果:其中运用旅行成本法核算得出的总价值为2551.74万元/年;而运用条件价值法核算得出的结果为3400.49万元/年。全文共有七章。第一章为引言,主要介绍了论文的选题背景与意义、研究方法、研究特色及所追求的创新点等,并对国内外相关研究的历史与方法进行了综述;第二章介绍了自然旅游资源价值的定义以及常用的一些核算方法,并对其中的几种主要核算方法进行了比较分析;第三章介绍了研究对象石佛山森林公园的基本情况,并对研究中所采用的问卷调查法进行了分析,主要涉及问卷的前期准备工作和调查问卷的具体内容;第四章详细分析了旅行成本法,并具体运用个人旅行成本法评估核算石佛山森林公园自然旅游资源的经济价值;第五章在详细地介绍条件价值法的基础上,运用该方法对石佛山森林公园的自然旅游资源经济价值进行评估核算,并得出了相应的评估结果;第六章在比较分析石佛山森林公园旅游开发的现状与核算研究结果的基础上,提出了相应的进一步开发石佛山森林公园旅游资源的政策建议;第七章为本文的总结与讨论,通过比较分析旅行成本法与条件价值法的异同点,归纳出本研究的基本结论,并与前人的研究成果进行比较,最后指出了本研究的不足之处及今后进一步的努力方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect on the environment from mankind is increasingly remarkable with the sustaining development of social economy and industrialization. So mankind begin to pay attention to rational utilization of resources and environment protection at the same time of developing economy. The correct view of economic value and the scientific and reasonable evaluation of natural tourist resources are favorable for development and protection of natural tourist resources and the equitable distribution of income. Therefore, at the present time many economists set about study on the evaluation of economic value of natural resources and environment.Shi-Fo Mountain Forest Park locates in the outskirts 5 kilometers way from Yan Ping District, Nan Ping City, Fujian Province. The paper chooses it as the object of study, and detailedly explains the relevant definitions and theories of natural tourist resource value. Through comparative analysis on several currently staple methods of evaluation and calculation, the paper uses individual travel cost method and contingent valuation method, and works out the economic value of natural tourist resources of Shi-Fo Mountain Forest Park. The former result is 2551.74 ten-thousand-yuan/year, and the latter one is 3400.49 ten-thousand-yuan/year.The paper is divided into 7 parts. The first part is the introduction.It mainly introduces the background and mean of this paper, study means, characteristics and innovations. In addition, the intrduction summarizes the relevant studying course and means at home and abroad. The second part introduces the definitions of natural tourist resource value and several staple evaluating methods, and makes comparative analysis. The third part introduces the fundamental state of Shi-Fo-Shan Forest Park, and gives a reference to the preparation for questionnaire survey at the earlier studying stage. The fourth part introduces in detail traval cost method. And individual traval cost method is applied to evaluating the economic value of natural tourist resource of Shi-Fo Mountain Forest Park. The fifth part detailedly introduces contingent valuation method. And it’s also use to assessment. The sixth part compares the current situation of Shi-Fo Mountain Forest Park with the result, and puts forward some suggestions about developing the park. The seventh part includes the discussion and conclusion of the paper, analyzes the same and the difference between traval cost mean and contingent valuation method, makes the basic conclusions of this paper, compares the study with the previous research results, and finally comes up with deficiencies.更多还原
