低频振动攻丝控制与数据采集及参数匹配系统研究

【摘要】 振动攻丝作为一种新型的工艺方法,具有降低攻丝扭矩、提高螺纹加工质量、延长丝锥寿命等效果,在解决难加工材料的小直径内螺纹的攻丝质量有着很好的应用前景。其优良的工艺效果得到国内外学者的普遍认可,已成为振动切削技术的重要组成部分。目前,振动攻丝技术还没有推广应用,其最佳工艺参数组合成为实用性的关键因素。本课题针对这一问题,采用步进电机作为振源和攻丝力源,设计了低频振动攻丝控制与数据采集及参数匹配系统。在分析振动攻丝的攻丝效率和攻丝质量的影响因素的基础上,确立了振动频率、切削速度和正反转比例为振动攻丝的基本工艺参数组。运用自行设计的振动攻丝控制与数据采集系统,选择有代表性的材料进行攻丝试验,采集攻丝扭矩值并分析基本工艺参数组与攻丝扭矩之间的关系。运用MATLAB神经网络工具箱建立试验材料的基本工艺参数组与攻丝扭矩的关系模型,证明了该模型用于攻丝扭矩值预测的可行性。

【Abstract】 As a new technique, vibration tapping has the superiority of decreasing tapping torque, improving machining precision and prolonging the tap life. It is an available method. Vibration tapping is then proved to be a practical solution to the problem of small-hole tapping in difficult-to-cut materials. It has been recognized by scholars, and becomes an important part of vibration cutting. But this technique has not been applied widely. It is pivotal to optimize technological parameter for extending the technology. In this paper, low frequency vibration tapping device is developed.In this paper, the basic technological parameters are established based on the analysis of the factors of the tapping efficiency and tapping quality. The data of tapping torque are collected with the vibration-tapping device and input into EXCEL software system to deal with. Based on the database of technological parameter matching in vibration tapping, predictive model for tapping torque is established by using the Neural Network Toolbox of MATLAB, the result shows the feasibility of the predictive model.
