环保节能型上光机涂布压合系统研究与设计

【摘要】 本文以环保节能上光机为研究对象,对其涂布压合系统进行了研究与设计。涂布压合系统是环保节能型上光机中重要的系统之一。涂布压合的均匀性、稳定性、适应性的设计是涂布压合系统的关键技术,对后续固化干燥工序、上光复合质量以及环保节能型上光机的发展、研究都会产生较大影响。本文通过对涂布压合方式的研究和试验,选择确定了最佳的上光涂布方式——三辊顺转涂布方式和最佳压合力范围,确定了涂布计量子系统和液压压合子系统。对于涂布计量子系统,分析了涂布计量的功能和工作原理,设计了以蜗轮蜗杆内嵌螺套和丝杆的涂布计量调节机构和三辊顺转涂布刮刀机构,提高了涂布计量调节的精度。并在此基础上设计了以单片机为基础的自动反馈显示装置,可实时地显示反馈涂布计量间隙,改进了以往采用经验为基础进行涂布计量调节的方式,使得调节涂布辊与计量辊之间的间隙更直观、准确,为上光涂布计量调节操作提供了便利。对于液压压合子系统,通过分析压合力的表示方式、影响压合力的因素以及偏心凸轮压合调节机构所存在的问题,选择了以手动液压泵控制调节压合力的方式,设计了双极手动液压泵压合调节机构,使得压合力调节直观、准确,为上光压合调节操作提供了便利。

【Abstract】 This article took UVSG950 environment-protective and energy-conservative glazing machine as a research object. The coating and pressure system is deemed to be one of the important systems in the environment-protective and energy-conservative glazing machine. The design of uniformity, stability and adaptability are key techniques in the system of coating and pressure. The uniformity and leveling situation in the coating could affect the following work of solidifying,drying,coating quality,developing and the studying of the environment-protective and energy-conservative glazing machine. In this article, through studying and testing, the best coating method, the three rollers clockwise rotation coating, was chosen and the best area of pressure was chosen too. Finally the two subsystems of coating measurement and hydraulic pressure were decided.As for the subsystem of coating measurement, through analyzing the function and working elements of coating measurement, the worm couple within nut and leading screw and the scraper mechanism of three rollers clockwise rotation coating were designed and the precision of coating measurement was improved. Based on the regulating mechanism of coating measurement, the device of automatic display and feedback based on the single-chip was designed. It could offer the space of coating measurement real-time, improved the regulating method of coating measurement which depended on the experience in the past, and made regulating the space of coating roll and gauging roll easily and exactly. It provided convenience for manipulating the coating measurement.As for the pressure control mechanism, through analyzing the expression method of pressure and the factors of affecting pressure, the manual hydraulic pump was chosen to control and regulate the pressure. Combining with the demand of the system, the double-pole manual hydraulic pump was designed and it conquered the problems which existed in the eccentric cam mechanism. It made regulating pressure directly showing, well looking, and provided convenience for manipulating the pressure.
