河北南网低频减载方案计算软件开发及应用

【摘要】 长期以来,河北南网低频减载方案的确定主要靠会议确定和人工计算。随着电网规模不断扩大以及电力用户对供电质量要求的不断提高,亟需开发一个低频减载方案计算软件,以提供精确的计算工具,提高制定电网低频减载方案的工作水平,为电网配置可靠的第三道防线。本文在详细讨论现代电力系统频率动态特性以及低频减载方案整定方法的基础上,开发了河北南网低频减载方案整定与校核软件。该软件是在电力系统计算分析软件(BPA)基础上开发的。其主要功能为电网低频减载方案的整定和校核,以及数据刷新、校核结果的汇总整理等。该软件界面友好,灵活方便,并有较强的计算功能和广泛的适用性。

【Abstract】 Over a long period of time, the UFLS scheme in Hebei electric network is mainly established by the meeting and manual calculation. With the continuous expansion of network scale and the increasing requirement of customers for power supply quality, it is necessary to develop a set of software for calculating UFLS scheme to provide the precise calculation tool, improve the work level of establishing UFLS scheme and dispose a reliable third line of defence for the network. This paper discusses the dynamic frequency characteristics of modern power systems and the methods of setting UFLS scheme, at the same time we develops a software for calculating UFLS scheme of Hebei grid. Based on BPA, this software mainly functions are setting and checking of a UFLS scheme, modifying the basic data and arranging the checked results, etc. This software has friendly interface and extensive applicability, and it’s flexible and convenient with the powerful calculation functions.
