【摘要】 在市场经济的条件下,时间就是金钱,效率就是生命。一个项目能否在预定的时间内完成,是项目最为重要的部分之一,也是进行项目管理所追求的目标之一。通过分析研究VOLAN水泥厂5000T/D熟料生产线基建项目的时间管理,针对该项目施工工号较多、结构类型差异较大等特点,合理安排施工工序,采取同步作业、流水作业等施工组织手段;同时运用WBS方法、进度计划网络图和关键路线法、时间资源优化法等技术手段,可以优化5000T/D熟料生产线的施工网络图,科学合理的找出关键路线,并通过对特殊问题的分析找出科学的应对措施。所有这些对国内5000T/D熟料生产线的建设单位和承包方都具有重要的现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In market economy conditions,time is money,efficiency is life.A project can be completed within the scheduled time,are one of the most important part with projects, but also for project management of one of the objectives pursued.Through analysis of VOLAN cement 5000T/D clinker production line of the time management of infrastructure projects,construction of the project for more job numbers,the structure of different types of characteristics such as the construction process and reasonable arrangements,to take synchronous operation,assembly-line construction and other means of;At the same time,the use of WBS methods,schedule network diagram and critical path method,the time resource optimization method,such as technical means, you can optimize the 5000T/D clinker production line construction network diagram, identify the key scientific and reasonable route,and through special problems analysis to identify the scientific response measures.All of these domestic 5000T/D clinker production line of the building units and the contractor have important practical significance.更多还原
