分布式发电并网运行优化配置方法的研究

【摘要】 分布式发电(Distributed Generation——DG)与电力系统相联引起了人们的广泛关注,它能够提供多种供电电源,作为电力系统的有效补充,提高供电可靠性,还能降低环境污染。其除了具有调节潮流分布等常规作用外,还可以被用来治理电压暂降和降低线损等。针对分布式发电引入配电网后最佳安装位置与容量计算的问题,本文基于链式配电网络、恒功率静态负荷模型和分布式电源的功率模型,并考虑DG对降低线损和调节电压的作用,提出了一种图解与遗传算法相结合的计算方法;并通过电能质量调节装置与分布式电源协调配置,改善配电网中的电能质量。最后通过典型的仿真算例,充分证明了所提方法的正确性和可行性。

【Abstract】 The integration of Distributed Generation into large-scale power systems is an attractive proposition in terms of diversity of energy supply, higher reliability, and reduced pollution impacts. Distributed Generation can be applied in a manner that it not only plays the conventional role of regulating power flow, but also can avoid voltage sag and reduce line loss. In light of the calculations of the optimum installation siting and sizing, a calculation method combining the graph and genetic algorithm was proposed, which was based on the chain distribution network, and adopted the static load model with constant power and the distributed source model. Through optimal allocation between power quality conditioner and distributed generation, the power quality of distribution network has improved. Typical simulation samples demonstrated the correctness and availability of the method proposed.
