动静荷载作用下水泥混凝土路面接缝传荷能力的研究

【摘要】 水泥混凝土路面为了减少温度开裂及干缩开裂,设置了接缝,而接缝却成了水泥混凝土路面最薄弱的部分。接缝的传荷能力对于水泥混凝土路面的路用性能和使用寿命,以及对于旧水泥凝土路面的罩面设计及其使用寿命具有较大的影响。因此接缝传荷能力的检测与评价对于水泥混凝土路面的养护、维修和罩面均具有重要意义。本文详细介绍了有限元模型在静载及动载作用下的基本理论,确定了地基、混凝土板及接缝的有限元模型;对模型的单元类型及有限元网格划分做了详细介绍,根据FWD的工作原理确定了模型动态加载的参数设置,进而对模型进行动态荷载作用下的模型校验;并对接缝的传荷机理及现有接缝传荷能力的评价指标进行了介绍。本文先对现有接缝传荷能力评价指标进行了对比分析,针对这几种评价指标的不足,提出一种适合的指标对接缝传荷能力进行评价。进而分别对模型施加静载和FWD半正弦荷载进行了动力响应分析,并采用新的评价指标对接缝传荷能力进行评价。确定动静作用下接缝模量、宽度、面板模量、基层模量及脱空尺寸对受荷板和未受荷板弯沉以及接缝传荷能力的影响。其次对受荷板弯沉、未受荷板弯沉及接缝传荷能力的动静作用下的关系进行分析,确定接缝模量、宽度、面板模量、基层模量及脱空尺寸对动静关系的影响。

【Abstract】 Load Transfer Efficiency of the joints have a greater impact on the performance and service life of the Portland Cement Concrete pavement, as well as has a greater impact on the design and life of overlay of the old Portland Cement Concrete pavement. So the detection and evaluation of the Load Transfer Efficiency of the joints have a great Significance to the curing、maintenance and overlay of the Portland Cement Concrete pavement.This paper describes the basic theory that the model of finite element under the static load and dynamic, and then established the model of the finite element of foundation、concrete slab and the joints; and it introduces the type of elements and the mesh detail. This paper determines the parameters of load according to the mechanism of testing of Falling Weight Deflectometer. This paper introduces the Mechanism and the evaluation index of the Load Transfer Efficiency of the joints,It analyzes the shortage of existing evaluation index,and puts forward new the evaluation index that is used to the Load Transfer Efficiency of the joints. And then, the response of model to half-sine wave load of FWD is analyzed to deduce the variation rule, and the new the evaluation index is used to the Load Transfer Efficiency of the joints. Finally, we determined the relationship between the deflection of the loading apparatus、the unloading apparatus and the Load Transfer Efficiency of the joints with the modulus of joints、the width of joints、the modulus of panel、the modulus of base and the size of disengaging under the Dymamic and Static Loads. And then we determined the relationship between Dymamic with Static Loads of the loading apparatus、the unloading apparatus and the Load Transfer Efficiency of the joints,and determined the influence that is the modulus of joints、the width of joints、the modulus of panel、the modulus of base and the size of disengaging to the relationship between Dymamic with Static Loads。
