环保型微波加热沥青路面再生养护设备

【摘要】 从沥青路面修复的工程实践来看,加热熔化破碎技术具有优越性,也是沥青路面维护技术的发展方向。而加热熔化破碎技术的关键是对破损沥青路面的加热问题。现有的热辐射和红外加热技术可以实现对破损路面的快速加热,但均不能保证沥青路面加热的上下均匀,以及避免沥青混合料在加热后的质量恶化。这既影响了修补后的路面质量,也无法实现沥青混合料的完全回收再生。为克服现有技术不足,研制一种特别适用于高等级公路的修补并可提高被修补路面服役寿命的环保型的沥青路面修复机是非常必要的。也正是我省本次科技计划项目重大专项4中的优先建设内容:“大型智能环保型沥青路面养护再生成套装备”。另外本项目产品是一种完全利于环保、资源再生利用、低成本高效率的沥青路面养护机械。一是因其修补速度快、质量高,占用面积少,对于保证国家经济大动脉的畅通具有重大的社会意义和经济效益;二是能够实现沥青路面混合旧料现场热再生,不废弃任何旧混合料,节约沥青资源,维护了生态环境。因此,可以说本项目无论是从生态环境保护、路网建设,还是从资源的循环再生利用、经济大动脉的高效运营上看都有着极为重要的经济和社会意义。本文阐述了论文选题意义及依托,简述了微波加热再生养护技术的国内外发展与工艺并与传统加热方式进行了比较;从微波概念、加热原理、特点及应用发展,微波加热旧沥青混合料的应用,微波加热对沥青混合料性能的影响等多个方面对微波加热沥青路面进行基础理论研究;概述了微波热再生施工养护工艺以及再生养护应用;从环保理念、经济性等多方面描述了本项目研发产品特色;对微波加热沥青路面再生养护设备三代产品的系统结构组成进行介绍。通过试验研究对本项目产品进行了优化,包括:沥青路面微波加热最优均匀性试验研究。最后对环保型微波加热沥青路面再生养护设备研究方向和发展提出建议和展望。

【Abstract】 From the repairment practice of asphalt pavement, the crushing technology by heating to melt the road surface is superior to others, which also is the developing direction of the maintenance technology of asphalt pavement. The key to the crushing technology by heating to melt the road surface is how to heat the damaged asphalt pavement. The existed technology of thermal radiation and infrared heating can heat rapidly to the damaged roads, but they both can not guarantee the heating uniformity of the asphalt pavement from top to bottom, meanwhile they cann’t avoid the deterioration of the asphalt mixture after heating. Consequently not only the repair quality of the road is affected, but also the recycling of the asphalt mixture can not be fully got. To overcome the fault of the available technology, the development of a particularly applicable to high-grade highway repair and improvement of the road repair service life of environment-friendly of the asphalt pavement is very necessary. It is also our province’s priority technology projects in the four major special construction: "large-scale intelligent environment-friendly recyling asphalt pavement maintenance equipment."Furthermore this product is a fully environmental protection, resource recyling, cost-effective asphalt pavement maintenance machinery. First, because of their repair speed, high-quality, the less occupied area, the country’s economic artery can be smoothly guaranteed and can have great social significant meaning and economic benefits. Second,it can make full use of the old asphalt of the pavements and does not waste any old mixture .So it save asphalt resources as well as protecting the ecological environment. Therefore, it can be said that the item is not only good for the ecological and environmental protection but also for the construction of road network, recycling use of resources and the main road artery .Therefore it will has a very important economic and social prospect.In this paper,it intruduces the significance of this topic and outlines the microwave heating recycling conservation technology in and abroad ,also it compares with the traditional heating methods in the following ways: the concept of microwave, heating principle, characteristics,application development, and microwave heating in the old asphalt mixture materials application,the impact to the asphalt mixture performance of microwave heating, the process of conservation , recycling application and so on.Then it describes the product features from the concept of environmental protection and economic aspects and introduces the three generations of products structure of the microwave heating system from asphalt pavement maintenance and recyling .Through the trails and research we have optimize the products in the following aspects: the best radiation angle trails and research.In the end ,it make some advices to the development and research direction of the environment-friendly microwave heating equipment of asphalt recyling and maintenance pavement.
