电控铁氧体移相馈电一体化网络的研究

【摘要】 相控阵雷达技术作为第三代雷达体制目前已经在军事及民用领域得到了广泛的运用。本论文结合实际工程需要,对相控阵雷达馈线系统中常用的铁氧体移相器、功率分配器、定向耦合器及功率均衡器进行了分析与设计,并在此基础上分析和设计了一种电控铁氧体移相馈电一体化网络,其主要内容如下:1.详细研究了相控阵雷达技术特点及发展趋势,阐述了相控阵雷达中常采用的各种馈电体制,并对相控阵中使用的各种移相器技术特点进行了分析,提出了本论文的研究依据;2.详细研究了旋磁铁氧体的特性,对置有横向磁化旋磁铁氧体样品的矩形波导进行了分析,并对互易与非互易的铁氧体移相器进行了分析,建立了非互易铁氧体移相器的计算模型,并由此设计了一种X波段的非互易铁氧体移相器;3.研究了相控阵雷达馈线系统中常用的元器件,包括波导E面功分器、魔T、同轴/微带功率分配器等功率分配器件,研究并设计了一种宽带功率分配器,并针对行波管的功率畸变研究设计了一种波导同轴谐振腔功率均衡器;4.在对非互易铁氧体移相器与馈线功率分配器件研究的基础上,研究了铁氧体移相馈电一体化网络技术,包括移相馈电一体化网络原理、各阵元幅度分配设计技术、移相馈电一体化技术、各种适宜该结构的天线组阵研究;5.在对铁氧体移相馈电一体化网络研究的基础上,设计并制作了该移相馈电一体化网络,并对该网络进行了测试,对结果进行了分析。

【Abstract】 As the third generation radar, phased-array radar was widely used in the military and civil domain. Combined the engineering need, this paper discussed the common used device such as the ferrite phase shifter, power divider, direction-coupler and power equalizer, based all of this, analyzed and designed a ferrite phased shifter and feed line incorporate net . The main contents are as follows:1. The characteristic and developing direction of the phased-radar are investigated in detail, analyzed the technology characteristic of the different phase shifter used in the phased radar, and submitted the thereunder of this paper.2. The characteristic of the gyromagnetic ferrite are studied in detail, analyzed the waveguide which was inputted the transverse magnetization gyromagnetic ferrite. Discussed the reciprocal and un-reciprocal ferrite phase shifter, constructed the compute mode of the un- reciprocal ferrite phase shifter, and designed an X-band ferrite phase shifter by this.3. The common device used in the phased radar feed-out system such as waveguide power divider, coaxial power divider, wide-band direction coupler. For the power aberrance of the traveling-wave tube, analyzed and designed a power equalizer.4. Based on the study of the un- reciprocal ferrite phase shifter and feed out power divider, researched the technology of the ferrite phased shifter and feeder line incorporate net,included the principium of the incorporate net, the technology of the array cell amplitude distribution and the incorporate of the net, and discussed the antennas which were fit of this structure.5. Based on the research above , designed and factured this incorporate net, analyzed the test result in the last.
