乐清市酸雨成因分析与控制对策研究

【摘要】 酸雨是国内外关注的区域性热点环境问题之一,论文针对浙江省日益恶化的酸雨污染形势,在广泛的文献阅读基础上,综述了国内外关于酸雨研究的进展,并以乐清市为研究对象进行了酸雨成分和成因系统的分析,提出了乐清市酸雨控制的具体对策。论文获得如下主要结论:1、乐清市已属于重酸雨污染区域,几乎达到逢雨必酸的程度;2、SO4-和NO3-是导致乐清市酸雨的主要致酸因子;乐清市酸雨目前仍以硫酸型污染为主,但已逐步向硝酸型转变;3、研究表明降雨量与酸雨的发生频率的相关性不显著,但降雨量大的强酸性酸雨发生频率明显小于中小雨;4、温州电厂机组燃烧排放的二氧化硫、氮氧化物,是乐清市酸雨形成的主要致酸前体物质,是乐清市酸雨污染的主要原因;5、提出了乐清市酸雨控制的主要对策,指出加速燃煤电厂脱硫、脱硝设施的建设是控制酸雨的关键。论文的研究成果对乐清市酸雨控制对策措施的制定具有重要的指导作用,为环境保护政策的制定提供了较新的参考依据。

【Abstract】 Acid rain is one of the most concerned regional even global environmental problems. Acid rain in Zhejiang province is more and more serious in recent years. Yueqing city is a typical Acid rain area in Zhejiang Province. In order to control acid rain effectively, the rain components, acid forming reason and main acid caused ions were investigated and monitored at Yueqing city in this thesis. Following conclusion were deduced based on summarization of literatures and rain monitoring result.1. Yueqing city has been a heavy acid rain polluted area, where almost every rain is acid rain.2. SO42- and NO3- is main cause of the acid rain in Yueqing city, which was SO42- dominant acid rain, but it is changing to NO3- dominant acid rain.3. The statistics Result showed that rain pH was not affected by rain quatity. But the frequency of Strong acid rain (pH<4.5) of big rainfall is much less than that of moderate rain and drizzle.4. The SO2 and NO2 from Wenzhou Power plant was main acid-pre-causing substance of Yueqing Acid Rain. Wenzhou Power plant is the main Acid Rain pollutant souce of Yueqing.,5. This thesis suggested that desulfuration and denitration of Wenzhou Power plant is one of the most important measure to control acid rain of Yueqing city.These results supplied a good reference in environmental management and policy estblishment for acid rain control in Yueqing city as well as other similar area.
