基于CAN总线船用数字程控交换机的实现研究

【摘要】 程控交换机是舰船内部通信系统的核心设备,其可靠性和稳定性直接影响着舰船的内部指挥通信的质量。本文提出研制新型的基于CAN总线的数字程控交换机替换原有的全电子式自动电话交换机。因为数字交换方式,在通话语音响度、清晰度、串音干扰抑制、抗外部电磁及电源干扰等性能大大优于传统的模拟交换系统;在高性能处理机控制下还能提供原有交换机无法实现的多种新服务功能。CAN总线对于许多领域的分布式控制是很适用的,如自动化电子领域的汽车发动机控制部件等。但是还没有将CAN总线应用于船用数字式程控交换机的报道。如果能将该技术成功应用于交换机系统,将开辟CAN总线应用的新领域。论文首先阐述了舰船程控交换机现状,然后给出新型程控交换机的整体设计方案,并对CAN总线应用、交换网络等作了详细的分析。论文的重点是CAN总线的应用和交换机的实现。程控交换机采用了分布式多处理机控制方式,无阻塞的数字时分交换网络,并采用高级语言设计系统软件,提高了软件系统的可靠性及可维护性。系统主处理器采用ATMEL公司的DS80C320单片机,模块处理器则采用AT89C52单片机。CAN总线控制芯片是PHILIPS公司的SJA1000,它是一种高集成度独立控制器,具有高性能通信协议所要求的全部必要特性。经过一系列的调试和改善后,交换机运行稳定,各项技术指标均达到预定目标。因此,本文所提出的程控交换机设计方案能很好的满足部队舰船的使用要求。

【Abstract】 Program-controlled telephone switching board is the warships’ core equipment of the intercommunication systens, whose reliability and stability have a strong impact on the quality of the warships’ inner command communication. This article is proposed to develop a new type of digit programme-controlled telephone switching board which is based upon the CAN bus to replace the old automatic telephone switchboard. Because the performances such as the voice loudness and articulation, restraining crosstalk disturbance, resisting external electromagnetism and power interference and etc is greatly better than that of the traditional simulative switching board;under the control of the high-performance processor,the new digital switching board can provide some new service functions,but the old one can’t do it.CAN bus is useful to many fields of distributed multiprocessor control mode, such as automotive engine’s control parts of automation electron field. But there is no report of use the CAN bus to the digit programme-controlled telephone switching board. If we can use it to the digit programme-controlled telephone switching board successfully, it will be the new use of the CAN bus.The thesis expatiate the current situation of the warships’ programme-controlled telephone switching boards first ,after that, we give out the whole design plan of the new type of digital programme-controlled telephone switching board , We also analyze the design of CAN bus, switching network circuit detailedly. This paper’s focus is on the application of the CAN bus and the realization of the switching board, the new switching board adopt the distributed multiprocessor control mode, digital time- division and non-blocking switching network;and adopt high-level language to design system software which can improve the reliability and the maintainability of the software system. We use the ATMEL company’s DS80C320 as the central processor,and use the AT89C52 as the module processor.the control chip of the CAN bus is SJA1000 of PHILIPS company,it is a high integrated control chip ,has all necessary characteristic what high-performance communication protocol requires that.After a series of debugging and improvements, the switchboard runs stably ,all technical requirements resches the preconcerted targets. Therefore, the digital programme-controlled telephone switching board proposed in the article, can very good satisfy the operation requirements of the warships.
