【摘要】 论文对农业产业化的理论进行了简要的回顾。讨论了农业企业化的内涵,认为农业企业化是一个发展的过程,是农业产业化发展的新阶段,它根据市场经济运行的要求,以市场为导向,以经济效益为中心,以农业资源开发为基础,在坚持农村土地家庭承包制度长期稳定不变的前提下,农业生产经营方式从传统的“自然农户经济”向“法人农户经济”转变的发展过程。在此基础上作者讨论了农业企业化与产业化的关系。作者在系统调查研究的基础上,分析了义乌市农业企业化发展的现状。认为义乌市农业企业化有以下几个特点,一是培育了一批农业龙头企业;发展了一批农业支柱产业;涌现了一批品牌优质农产品;构筑了一个较健全的农产品购销体系;形成了一个促进农业持续发展的良好环境。作者还研究了义乌市农业企业化发展中存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The connotation of agricultural development with business organization was discussed in this paper. The author considered the agricultural commercialization should be a process, which were a transformation to agricultural production modes of business operation from "the natural peasant household economy" to "the legal business organization household economy" and a transformation from the traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.Based on systematic investigation, the author concluded the achievements of business organization household development in Yiwu County as follow. The first was that a group of big agricultural business has been established. The second was that one batch of agriculture pillar industry has been developed. The third was that one batch of high quality brand agricultural product has emerged. There also were other achievements.In conclusion, the author put forward several suggestions for regular development of business operation agriculture.更多还原
