高性能复合砂浆钢筋网加固分析及其在桥梁应用研究

【摘要】 高性能复合砂浆钢筋网为水泥基层以及钢筋网形成的薄层复合片材,与水泥钢筋网相比,具有较高的韧性、延展性、耐久性、抗裂性以及抗裂性等,是加固混凝土结构理想的材料,逐渐被应用到建筑物的加固领域上。基于国内外的研究现状,本文所做的工作如下:(1)综叙高性能复合砂浆钢筋网的发展现状以及加固混凝土梁的设计原理,以最大的配筋率为控制条件,合理分布二层钢筋网面范围,提高结构的抗力,与同等面积的单层钢筋网面相比,二层面形成的结构层性能均匀,能增强水泥钢筋网基层与原结构的协同工作性。(2)为充分利用钢筋网材料的强度,以7.2m跨度的简支梁(b=250,h=600)模型作为算例,使用ANSYS分析软件,对结构面进行细化,将双层面计算结果与卜良桃试验中的B3梁结果进行比较,提高结构抗力,降低结构的挠度,同时钢筋网剥离起到一定的抑制作用。(3)复核了沙河裕民桥的结构抗力,对沙河裕民桥连续梁抗力不足的问题,以界限配筋率ρb为延性控制条件,进行高性能复合砂浆钢筋网加固,提高抗力效应,并相应提出施工以及监控要求。针对大跨度连续梁进行高性能复合砂浆钢筋网加固研究,积极的推广高性能复合砂浆钢筋网技术的应用,对实际工程起一定指导意义,并且提出高性能复合砂浆钢筋网加固的进一步研究方向。

【Abstract】 High performance Ferrocement is composited of Ferrocement by for the formation of grass-roots network of thin-layer reinforced composite sheet, with high toughness, ductility, durability and crack resistance, is an ideal material being applied to the area of reinforcement.According to existed results, my achievements are described as follows:(1) Fully Syria mortar reinforced composite high-performance networks, as well as the development of reinforced concrete beam design principles, with the double-layers ferrocement in middle and edges parts, improving the structure of the resistance, with the same size of single-layer, enhance the quality network of reinforced concrete structure.(2) Take full tension of ferrocement,using the 7.2m-span simply supported beam (b = 250, h = 600) model as an example, with ANSYS for refinement of the structure of double-layers, compared with Ltao.P beam B3 Test results, improving effective resistance, reducing the structure of the deflection of ferrocement to play a certain extent stripping.(3) Reviewed the structure of Shahe Yumin Bridge resistance, analysis the reasons of insufficient resistance, high-performance mortar reinforced composite reinforcement to mprove the resistance effect, and proposed monitoring requirements.Study on High performance Ferrocement of large-span continuous beam, generalized the application in stengthing fields and gives some actual guidance, as well as supply the direction of further research.
