安景高速02标软土路基处理的设计、施工与检验

【摘要】 自1991年建成第一条高速公路以来,我省的高速公路建设取得了突飞猛进的发展。到2006年底,全省高速公路通车总里程已达1747公里,在这些高速公路的建设中,软基处理是最为普遍也是最难解决的问题之一。软土路基处理的方式多种多样,各有各的优缺点及其局限性,如何选择正确的地基处理方式直接关系到工程质量、投资和进度。本文介绍了安景高速公路对软土路基处理的整体设计方案,并对所使用的水泥土搅拌桩、塑料排水板、干振复合桩等几种软土地基处理的基本理论、具体的设计方案和施工技术要点进行了详细介绍。对安景高速公路使用的几种软土地基处理方式从适用范围、处理效果、施工角度等方面比较其优缺点、适用性。通过本文得出不同的软土路基可采用不同的处理方法,依据各种软基处理方法的原理,并根据土质类型、地基条件、道路条件、施工条件和建设费用合理选择恰当的方法,来获得最佳的处理效果。

【Abstract】 The highway in AnHui has increased greatly since the first highway was built in 1991. Until end of 2006,the total length of it is near to 1747km.How to strengthen soft ground in most highway project is a common problem,which is difficult to resolve.Varous techniques of soft soil Ground treatment have been developed and each has its own merit and defect. Selecting a rational technique affects the quality,the investment and progress of the whole project.The design of the soft soil Ground treatment in AnJing highway project is introduced in this paper.The project has use several soft soil treatment method such as cement mixing pile、plastic drain bar、vibrator dry material composition pile. The main points of the basic theory,the design proposal as well as the construction technology of these soft soil foundation treatment techniques are described in detail. The merits and defects as well as the applicability of the soft soil foundation treatment techniques used in AnJing highway project are investigated referring to their ranges of application,treatment effects and view of construction.The result of this paper indicates that corresponding techniques can be applied to different soft soil foundation,and basing on the theories of various soft soil foundation treatment techniques,the rational technique can be determined according to the soil type,the foundationcondition,the road situation,the construction constrains and estimated budget so as to obtain the best treatment effect.
