【摘要】 随着国民经济的快速增长,区域经济发展的不平衡性也开始逐渐加剧。而县域经济是一种比较小尺度的区域经济,是国民经济中具有综合性、相对独立性、基础层次性的行政区域经济,加快县域经济发展,是实现建设“全面小康”社会的目标,走“区域共同富裕”的必经道路。本文引进最近国外有关区域经济差异与极化测度方法,对安徽省县域经济发展差异与极化、差异演变的结构、综合发展差异和差异的成因进行了定性和定量分析。全文共分为五大章:第一章绪论,对本文作了总体介绍,具体描述了文章的研究背景和意义、国内外研究现状、研究思路和目标。第二章以人均国内生产总值(GDP)为测度县域经济差异的变量指标,选择了1995～2007年13年的连续时间序列,以实证论证为主,采用加权变异系数、基尼系数和泰尔指数三种方法测度安徽省县域经济差异的演变趋势以期相互验证准确反映安徽省县域经济发展差异的演变轨迹。通过分析得出安徽省县域经济差异呈逐步增长趋势,且增长速度逐年加快,即县域经济极化日趋增强。第三章构建了由27个指标组成的县域经济差异指标体系,运用SPSS软件包对县级社会经济发展数据进行相关分析、回归分析、主成分分析研究区域经济发展差异现状及其演变特征。得出安徽省社会与经济协同发展不平衡的结论。第四章对发展差异和差异的成因进行了定性和定量分析,得出引起安徽省县域经济差异的主要因素是产业结构变动度。第五章是本文的结束部分,对文章进行了总结并提出一些展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the national economy is developing rapidly, the intercounty discrepancy was increasingly swelled. The county economy is a small scale region economy, and also the integrated, self-governed, basal administrative region economy. Quicken the county economy development is the foundation of building a well-off society and regional common prosperity in an all-round way. This paper employs the estimate measure that popular abroad to estimate the intercounty discrepancy and polarization, and then analyzes the intercounty discrepancy and polarization, the structure of discrepancy development, the integrated discrepancy development and the causes of the discrepancy.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter makes an overview of this paper and expounds the study background and significance, research summarization both inside and outside the country, research method and aim, the possibly innovations and deficiencies. In the second chapter, the author takes the gross domestic product (GDP) as the variable index to estimate the economic development disparity among the counties in Anhui province. This paper adopts Weighted variation coefficient、Gini Coefficient and Theil index to estimate the evolutive trend. Through the analysis found the economic development disparity among the counties in Anhui province extended, and the speed is expediting year by year. That is to say, the polarization among the counties enlarged.In the third chapter, the author makes use of the county economy discrepancy system which composed by 27 indexes to estimate the county economic discrepancy issue. It analyzes the county economic discrepancy and evolvement features of Anhui province. It produces the conclusion that the social and economic development is absonant in Anhui province. The fourth chapter analyzes the discrepancy development and the causes of the discrepancy, make the conclusion that the main element that causes the discrepancy in Anhui province. The conclusion is made and put forward some expectations in the sixth chapter.更多还原
