基于LabVIEW和单片机的切削温度虚拟仪器的研究

【摘要】 目前,硬切削加工技术已引起世界范围内制造业和科研机构的高度重视和极大兴趣,但就硬切削的切削机理、选择合适的刀具和切削参数等仍存在一些值得研究的问题。本文针对硬切削切削机理研究的需要,结合现代测试技术的发展方向,开发了用于硬切削过程中切削温度在线测量的虚拟仪器。切削温度虚拟仪器主要由硬件和软件组成。其硬件主要包含K型热电偶传感器和P87LPC768型单片机。硬件系统选择K型热电偶作为温度传感器,将测得的温度信号转化为电信号,热电偶的冷端补偿由AD590温度传感器完成。测得的电压信号经过放大、滤波、A/D转化后,由单片机完成温度数据的采集,并通过串口发送给计算机。切削温度虚拟仪器的软件系统基于LabVIEW平台开发。该软件由三个模块:数据采集模块、数据查询分析模块和正交试验模块。数据采集模块的主要功能是调用VISA串口程序读取单片机上传的采样数据,标定后将对应的温度值在前面板上实时显示;在数据查询分析模块中,建立切削温度数据库,利用LabSQL将切削试验参数和采集到的温度数据保存到数据库中,通过输入查询条件进行数据查询并可以对两个相关数据进行比较分析;正交试验模块针对金属切削试验中常用的正交试验方法,在确定试验因素及其水平后,程序引导切削试验的进行,并提示每次正交试验的参数,完成整个正交试验后自动生成正交试验表,输入某个因素,则生成切削温度与该因素的关系曲线,用以分析在其他因素确定的条件下,该因素的变化对切削温度的影响趋势。本文开发的切削温度虚拟仪器可用于研究金属切削试验中切削温度的影响因素以及在实际生产中以切削温度作为重要指标的切削参数优化,因而具有一定的现实意义。

【Abstract】 Today,Hard Turning was taken more and more attention and interesting in the manufacturing domain in the world, but the mechanism and how to select the tools and parameters of the Hard Turning were worth researching. This paper was aimed at the need of research on mechanism of Hard Turning, and with the later technology of the testing, developed an Virtual Instrument which can be used to measure the cutting temperature in Hard Turning.The Virtual Instrument was composed of two parts—the hard ware and the soft ware. The hard ware included the type K thermocouple and Single-Chip computer P87LPC768. The thermocouple was sensor, which change temperature single to electric single, and the temperature sensor AD590 was used to cold junction compensation of the thermocouple. The electric single was acquired by the MCU after amplifier, the filter and A/D converter and then was sent to computer.The soft ware was based on LabVIEW, which was composed of three modules. The first was data acquisition, it invoked the VISA to read the data and then display in the Front Panel in time after calibration; in the data query and analysis module, a temperature database was found, and with the help of LabSQL the data of parameters and temperature were saved to the database, when input one query parameter,the data matched the condition were displayed in the result table, and two data can be compared by curve; the orthogonal experiment module was based on the orthogonal experiment method, when import the elements and their levels, the program can lead the experiment and give a dialog box before experiment which include the cutting parameters, when the whole experiment was completed, the result of orthogonal experiment was displayed in table, and if import one of the elements, a graph of the relationship between of the element and the temperature was given on the Front Panel, which can be used to analyze the influence to the cutting temperature by the element.The virtual instrument in this paper can be used to the research of the influence of cutting temperature and the optimum of cutting parameter when the cutting temperature was the criteria。
