基于组件技术的区域农业优势产业发展规划辅助决策系统研究

【摘要】 当前,我国农业正处在从传统农业向现代农业转变的关键时期,农业中存在生产技术落后、科技水平低、产业结构不合理等众多问题。单就农业结构这一方面来说,存在的问题有:农业部门结构不平衡,各部门内部品种结构失调;农产品质量保证体系脆弱,质量结构存在不足;农业生产布局不合理,生产能力与地区比较优势错位等等。特别是2001年我国加入了WTO后,农业面临的挑战更加严峻。针对这一问题,对我国进行农业结构的调整,结合我国农业的区域性特点,优化区域农业布局,进行区域农业优势产业的发展规划是非常必要的。而在现代信息技术不断向农业领域渗透的大背景下,利用先进信息技术,增强区域农业产业结构调整优化的能力,促进农业信息化水平的提高,具有一定的理论意义和实用价值。通过查阅大量相关的文献和资料,本论文对区域农业优势产业发展规划的基础理论进行了研究,分析总结了国内外信息技术在区域农业产业规划领域的应用现状,对构建一个区域农业优势产业发展规划辅助决策系统的相关技术进行了研究。本论文对拟构建的区域农业优势产业发展规划辅助决策系统进行了需求分析、系统结构和功能设计,采用了.Net平台和组件开发技术、Visual C#开发语言,以及面向对象知识处理系统OKPS,进行了数据库、知识库、推理过程等的设计,系统各模块以组件的形式进行了实现。

【Abstract】 At present, China’s agriculture is experiencing a critical change from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, which faces problems such as backward production technology, low level of science and technology, irrational industrial structure, and etc. In agriculture structure, there are issues: structural imbalance in agricultural sectors, vulnerability of agricultural quality structure, unreasonable layout of agricultural production and so on. After China’s accession to WTO, China’s agriculture faces much more severe challenges.To tackle this problem, it is essential to adjust our country’s agricultural structure, to optimize the layout of regional agriculture, to plan for regional agricultural advantageous industry development, considering the regional characteristic of China’s agriculture. In the background of modern information technologies’gradual penetration into agriculture, it is of both theoretical and practical significance to enhance the ability of regional agricultural industry structural adjustment and optimization by utilizing advanced information technologies, to promote the improvement of agro-informationization.After reading lots of related papers and documents, this thesis studied on the basic theory of planning regional agricultural advantageous industry development, summed up the status quo of information technologies’application in regional agriculture both at home and abroad, and researched on the related technologies of constructing a decision support system for planning regional agricultural advantageous industry development.This paper conducted requirement analysis, designed system architecture and functions structure of inferring component of planning regional agricultural advantageous industry development. By adopting .Net Framework as developing platform, Visual C# as the developing language, .Net component technology and object-oriented knowledge processing system (OKPS), data base, knowledge base, inference processing have been designed, system components have been developed.
