基于土地利用的西南山地旧城交通建设对策研究

【摘要】 我国,山地城镇约占全国城镇总数的一半以上,且集中在城市化处于初级发展阶段的中西部地区。21世纪是城市的世纪,我国城镇将普遍进入城市化的中期加速发展阶段,广大的西南地区城镇迎来了宏伟的“西部大开发”工程,众多的山地城市在高速的城市化进程中即将迎来千载难逢的发展机遇,又将面临巨大的挑战和压力。城市是地域内的核心,而作为城市起源的旧城,在更大的程度上受地域环境的制约,在山地城市快速发展的前提下,如何更好的解决旧城城市土地利用与道路交通建设的矛盾具有重大的现实意义和理论价值。本文以此问题为契机,对基于土地集约利用的西南山地旧城道路交通建设对策进行了一些探索与研究,期望能够对快速发展的山地城市空间提供一些参考。本文共分为六章,以城市化快速发展为背景,以西南山地旧城为研究对象,以西南山地旧城土地利用空间布局演变为线索,对西南山地旧城道路交通的影响因素及其发展过程进行了分析,建构了西南山地旧城道路交通建设的原则与策略。论文以万州旧城为例,探讨旧城土地利用与道路交通的整体优化,以期抛砖引玉,窥一斑而见全豹,对整个西南山地旧城的道路交通与土地利用的优化作出可资借鉴之处。论文的主要研究内容大致如下:①绪论:简要介绍了论文研究的缘起,国内外相关研究综述,研究目的,研究内容以及论文研究的方法和框架结构。②城市土地利用与城市道路交通的相互作用机理研究:集中阐述了城市土地利用的内涵和特点、城市土地利用与城市道路交通的相关基础理论、城市土地利用与城市道路交通的互动机制分析及其城市土地利用与城市道路交通的影响因素。③西南山地旧城土地集约利用与道路交通的发展研究:分析研究了西南山地城市的选址、西南山地旧城道路交通建设的主要影响因素以及西南山地旧城道路交通与土地利用的相互影响。④西南山地旧城土地集约利用的道路交通建设对策研究:在分析西南山地旧城道路交通的现状特征与发展需求、西南山地旧城道路交通用地存在的问题的基础上,提出了西南山地旧城道路交通建设的对策。⑤万州旧城土地利用与道路交通的整体优化:以万州旧城为例,在分析了万州历史沿革及概况、万州交通设施与城市土地利用的演变、旧城土地利用与道路交通的特征与存在的问题的基础上,探讨了万州旧城土地集约利用与道路交通建设的结构优化。

【Abstract】 In our country, 2/3 of the cities are mountain cities, most of them are located in middle-west area, which is in the primary developing urbanization stage. Urbanization is a double-edged straight sword. On the one hand, it promoted the development of city greatly, on the hand, it brings out a series of problems and crises about cities. 21th century is the centry of cities. 2/3 of all the cities in our country is in poor mountain area country ,at the same time, our country is going to enter the developing middle stage of urbanization, face to the great project“Opening up and developing the west”, how vast mountain city live in the process of rapid urbanization will be a serious problem which is related to development of the economy of our country. Starting from the above mentioned point, this essay makes certain research on and probe into the stratergy of road and traffic construction in southwest hilly old city ,in the hope of provide some reference to the rapid developed hilly city space.This essay has six parts. It has carried on the analysis to the road traffic’s influencing factor and the developing process of the southwest mountains region and old city, and has constructed the principle and strategy of the road traffic construction of the southwest mountains region and old city with taking the rapid development of urbanization as the background, the southwest mountains region and old city as object of study, the evolution of the land utilization of spatial distribution of the southwest mountains region and old city as the clue. The essay discusses the land utilization of the old city and the integrated optimization of the road traffic taking the WanZhou old city as an example in order to offer a few ordinary introductory remarks so that others may offer their valuable ideas by the time, and peep a spot to see the overall picture, and makes the profits from the place of the road traffic and land utilized optimization of the entire southwest mountainous region and old city.The main research contents of the thesis is mainly as below:①The introduction: The synopsis introduced the investigative origin in thesis, domestic and international and related research overview, research purpose, study contents and investigative method in thesis and frame construction.②The mechanism research of the interaction between the urban land use and the urban road transportation: elaborates the connotation and characteristic of the city land utilization, the related basic theory of the city land utilization and road transportation, the interactive mechanism analysis of the city land utilization and road transportation and the influencing factors of the city land utilization and road transportation.③The study of the land consolidation use and road traffic of the southwest mountain cities analyses the site of the southwest mountain cities: the main influencing factors of the construction of the road traffic of the southwest mountain cities, and the interacted influence between the road traffic and the land utilization of the southwest mountain cities.④The study of the road traffic construction of the land consolidation use of the southwest mountain cities proposes the countermeasure of the construction of the road traffic of the southwest mountain cities on the basis of analyzing the present characteristics and development demands of road traffic of the southwest mountain cities, and the existent question of using the land of the road traffic of the southwest mountain.⑤The integrated optimization of the land utilization and road traffic of the WanZhou old city: on the basis of analyzing the city’s historical evolution and overview, development of the trafic facility and urban land utilization, and both the feature and existence of the land utilization and road traffic in old city,it discusses the old Wanzhou city, as a special case, on the structural optimization of the land consolidation use and construction of the road traffic of WanZhou old city .
