汽车双质量飞轮扭振系统结构分析与性能研究

【摘要】 双质量飞轮式扭振减振器作为汽车传动系的重要组成部件,在降低整车传动系的扭转振动、缓解传动系的冲击等方面都有着很重要的作用。国外自上世纪80年代即开展研究并成功应用,但到目前为止,国内还没有自主知识产权的双质量飞轮产品,所有中高档轿车装备的双质量飞轮都是依靠国外进口。论文在对双质量飞轮进行了深入细致的研究的基础上,探索摩擦对双质量飞轮扭矩的影响,应用机械振动理论对其进行模态分析,揭示出影响系统一阶、二阶固有频率的动力学参数,形成了一套基于摩擦的双质量飞轮设计理论并开发出一套适用于双质量飞轮扭矩特性分析的计算机辅助设计软件系统,对指导双质量飞轮产品的设计和缩短产品研发周期均具有重要的理论意义和工程价值。论文课题来源于重庆市科委重点科技攻关项目(项目编号:CSPC 2008AB6085),论文研究工作主要包括以下内容:1、系统研究了德国Luk公司、ZF Sachs公司、GAT公司等各个厂家所生产的双质量飞轮,重点探讨了周向长弹簧型和周向短弹簧型双质量飞轮,说明了它们各自的优缺点,在此基础上,创造性地提出了基于摩擦的双质量飞轮设计理念。2、对双质量飞轮进行了详尽的结构分析,首次将摩擦理论应用到对双质量飞轮的扭矩特性研究中,研究了双质量飞轮在扭转角增大和减小时初级飞轮、次级飞轮和弹簧座的受力变化及双质量飞轮传递扭矩的理论计算方法,进而获得了在扭转角增大和减小时双质量飞轮扭转刚度的变化规律,通过试验,得出的结果与理论分析结果一致,揭示出摩擦特性对双质量飞轮的动力特性影响。3、建立了汽车传动系的等效模型,应用机械振动理论分析了等效模型的固有频率,为有效减振,分析了使系统一阶固有频率对应转速低于怠速和二阶固有频率对应转速高于发动机最高转速的动力学参数匹配及参数对固有频率的灵敏度影响,为双质量飞轮的性能设计提供了理论指导。4、在对摩擦式双质量飞轮研究的基础上,创造性的提出了一种新型的双级摩擦式双质量飞轮,它具有扭转角大,可实现变刚度传递扭矩的特点,该技术已申报国家发明专利,目前正由合作企业进行研制,将应用于重庆长安福特汽车公司蒙迪欧2.0发动机轿车。5、研制开发出了基于Windows环境下双质量飞轮设计与分析计算机辅助设计软件系统,为双质量飞轮新产品开发提供了快速设计分析工具。

【Abstract】 Dual mass flywheel-type torsional damper as an important automotive powertrain component, has a very important role on the reduction of vehicle transmission system’s torsional vibration and easing the impact of transmission lines, etc. Since the last century 80’s related studies have been carried out abroad and successfully applied, but so far there has not independent intellectual property rights of Dual-mass flywheel’s products in domestic, all of high-end cars equipped with Dual-mass flywheel are been relied on foreign imports.On the basis of an in-depth detailed study on Dual-mass flywheel, the paper studys the impact on the friction to the torque of the dual-mass flywheel, carrys out modal analysis to the Dual-mass flywheel by using mechanical vibration theory, reveals the kinetic parameters which impacts the system’s first and second-order’s natural frequency and forms a design theory of dual-mass flywheel based friction and develops a CAD system for the torque characteristics analysis of the dual-mass flywheel. The paper has great theoretical and Project value significance for guiding the Dual-mass flywheel product design and shortening the product development cycle.The subject comes from the focus of scientific and technological project of Chongqing Science and Technology Commission (Item Number: CSPC 2008AB6085), the main research is as follows:1. Systematically studied the dual mass flywheel made in Luk, ZF Sachs and GAT company in Germany. Focusing on the circumferential long spring and short spring dual mass flywheel and descripting their advantages and disadvantages. Based on the study, the design concept of Dual mass flywheel based on friction has been creatively proposed.2.Through analysing the structure of dual mass flywheel detailly, the paper studies the vary of the force of the primary flywheel, sub-flywheel and spring seat when the torsional angle increases and decreases and the theoretical calculation method on transmission of torque by firstly applied the friction theory to the quality study of dual mass flywheel torque characteristics. And then the changes of torsional stiffness of dual mass flywheel when the torsional angle increases and decreases has been obtained. The result from experiment is consistent with the theoretical analysis from which the impact on dynamic characteristics of dual-mass flywheel from friction characteristics is evealed.3. Estabilshed the equivalent model of the automotive power train, analyzed the equivalent model’s natural frequency according to mechanical vibration theory. In order to reduce the vibration ,the paper analyzed the kinetic parameters match to make the First-order’s natural frequency corresponding rotation speed lower than the idling speed and second-order’s natural frequency corresponding rotation speed higher than the highest speed of the engine and the effect of the parameters on the sensitivity of the natural frequencies. This provides the theoretical guidance on dual mass flywheel’s performance design.4 Based on the study of the Friction-Dual mass flywheel, the paper raised a new type of Two-stage Friction-Dual mass flywheel. It had large rotate angle and can realize transmitting torque by variable stiffness. This Technology bad been applied for national invention patent. It is being developed by the cooperative enterprises at present and will be applicated on the Mondeo 2.0L motor car of Chongqing Chang’an Ford automobile company.5 Developed a CAD system for design and analysis of the Dual mass flywheel based on the Windows environment, provided Rapid design and analysis tools of Dual mass flywheel’s new products.
