重庆坡地建筑架空接地设计初探

【摘要】 重庆地处我国西南地区,是一个高速发展中的山地城市。在重庆范围内利用建筑架空接地,能够适应复杂多变的地形,适应炎热潮湿的气候,提供更多的城市公共空间,丰富建筑的形态,是一种一举多得的建筑营造方式。本文在总结现代坡地建筑架空接地手法的基础上,对重庆坡地建筑架空接地现状进行总结分析,吸收重庆传统坡地建筑架空的精髓,从重庆的地形地貌,气候特征,城市发展等方面出发,提出重庆现代坡地建筑接地架空的营造策略。第一章首先从问题研究的目的与意义的入手,结合国内外相关理论与技术,提出本文的研究方法和论文框架。第二章以现代坡地建筑架空接地的平面形态布局为指导,总结了现代坡地建筑架空接地的基本手法,为重庆坡地建筑架空接地提供参考与依据。第三章,第四章分别从现代与传统两个方面对重庆坡地建筑架空接地进行了分析。第三章在实地调研的基础上,对四类架空接地运用广泛的建筑类型进行总结,这四类建筑为居住建筑,教育建筑,商业建筑,交通建筑。并以此为依据,引出了其存在的问题。第四章对重庆传统坡地建筑架空接地的成因,类型,优势进行总结,以求从传统中获取对现代坡地建筑架空接地的启示。第五章提出了重庆坡地建筑架空接地营建策略。首先提出坡地建筑架空接地的指导思想与设计原则;其次提出应尊重地形地貌,建构丰富形态;适应气候条件,引导空气流通;开放城市空间,完善景观环境;利用架空空间,开拓使用功能;注重细部设计,增强空间活力;最后提出了重庆坡地建筑架空接地相关机制营建策略。

【Abstract】 Chongqing province is located in southwest of China, where is complex mountain region. And it has the warm and humid climate. Piled-house has been proved to be as the one of the significant characters of traditional dwellings. There is an increasing tendency that much attention has been paid to ecological architectures. The traditional type of building is regarded as an effective means of adapting to the complex terrain and improving weather condition. In addition, during the time of high-speed development in modern cities, the technology of Piled-house could provide more space and activity places, as well as solving problems of shortage of urban space. On account of the landform, climatic characteristics, the development of Chongqing and the current situation of off- contact of traditional architectures, I have summarized the methods of the technology of Piled-house and proposed strategy of operation in modern Chongqing.Chapter articles from the issue of the first objective of the study and significance of the start, combined with related theory and technology in China and abroad, made this article the framework of research methods and thesis.Secondly, the chapter with the modern construction slope on ground plane distribution patterns as a guide, summed up the modern construction of overhead ground slope basic approach, the future provide the basis for the design strategy.The third point, the article provides the grounding of overhead construction in Chongqing .Slope were both modern and traditional analysis. chapter III is based on research in the modern society. Chongqing slopes of the status of the construction of overhead ground is divided into four parts——Residential buildings, educational buildings, commercial buildings, transportation space,conducted a comprehensive summary , raised the question of the existence of the status .Finally, construction of overhead ground slope construction from the design principles of the strategy to adapt to topography and climate, urban open space, expanding the use of functions, pay attention to detail design, the development of relevant policies, several aspects of a comprehensive and detailed exposition;Considering the ecological environment of the mountain, the mountain building of construction safety and economy, put forward the principle of the construction of mountain building; From the accelerated air flow and speed up the heat, rain and sunshine, the three aspects of the design of adaptation strategies; smooth flow of urban open space is divided into cities and improve the discussion of the two parts of the landscape patterns; Expand the use of functions, mainly from the overhead space and Town Square, the traffic space, construction, start with the relationship between landscape, to sum up; Expand the use of functions, mainly from the overhead space and town square, the traffic space, construction, start with the relationship between landscape, to sum up; Attention to detail design, mainly from the aerial size of the space-scale processing, form processing overhead space, landscape patterns to deal with several aspects of the study;Finally, learn from the best domestic and foreign policies, the policies to adapt to Chongqing.
