CCD应用于路基表面沉降测量技术的研究

【摘要】 高速、重载铁路线路的建设对我国传统铁路设计、施工、检测等提出了新的挑战。特别对路基沉降及变形的要求显著提高,这就需要对线路路基的沉降与变形进行长期监测,对不符合要求的路基及时进行维护,同时研究不同条件下路基的沉降与变形规律。本论文基于国家高科技研究发展计划(863计划)《客运专线路基沉降全方位实时监测技术的研究》,主要内容是路基表面沉降自动测量方法的研究,在较全面对此领域国内外文献进行综述的基础上,对CCD检测系统进行了优化,对光学系统进行了设计,对信号采集系统以及数据处理方法进行了研究,并进行了相关实验。由结论分析表明,基于CCD的路基表面沉降测量系统满足863项目的要求。

【Abstract】 Nowadays,traditional methods of railway detection are facing more and more challenges from the construction of high-speed,heavy haul railway line,particularly from the request on detection of the deformation and settlement of subgrade.It needs a long-term detection on the deformation and settlement of subgrade to maintain the subgrade that does not meet the requirement.Law of the deformation and settlement of subgrade is also studied.This paper is based on the "Study on Omni-directional and Real-time monitoring technology of the Subgrade Settlement of Passenger Dedicated Line".The main content of this article is the study on Automatic measurement of subgrade settlement.After taking a comprehensive understanding of domestic and overseas publications,this paper optimizes the CCD detection system,and gives a design on the optical system.It also presents some research on the signal acquisition system and data processing methods. All the ideas have been proved through the experiment.The analysis shows that the using of CCD on subgrade settlement detection can meet the requirement of the 863 item.
