统一电能质量控制器对三相电压分控补偿的研究

【摘要】 随着配电系统中各类非线性负荷的不断增加,特别是电力电子器件的广泛应用,系统中电能的质量日益恶化,另一方面,越来越多的用户对电能质量的要求越来越高,提高配电系统的电能质量已显得越来越为迫切。在配电系统中的公共连接点安装统一电能质量控制器,既提高了供电系统的电压质量和供电可靠性,又能抑制负载引起的各种电能质量的问题向电网侧扩散,保证负载获得高质量的电能供应,提高和改善电力系统中的电能质量。本文介绍分析了已有的三相四线制统一电能质量控制器的拓扑结构与控制方法,采用了课题小组提出的一种新的三相四线制拓扑结构,推导了其串联变流器的数学模型,重点研究了统一电能质量控制器串联侧部分电压畸变的检测方法以及PWM控制方式,并对不同的PWM控制方式的优缺点进行了比较。采用了基于Park变换的电压畸变量检测方法。并利用MATLAB仿真软件搭建了三相四线制串联变流器系统的仿真模型,对不同的配电系统电压问题进行了仿真分析,证明了该检测方法的可行性。在此基础上,本文对UPQC中串联变流器的硬件电路进行了设计,包括主电路、驱动和采集电路等部分的参数进行计算和选取,并结合仿真对参数进行了优化选择。设计并调试了基于DSP TMS320F2812的串联变流器控制系统的硬件电路与用C语言实现的控制软件。最后本文对串联变流器系统进行了对电压分控补偿的实验研究,给出了实验波形,并对实验结果进行了分析。

【Abstract】 With the development of power electronic technology and emergency of much non-linear load in power system,the power quality has been more and more deterioration.At the same time,customers’ requirements on the quality and reliability of electrical power supply grow higher and higher.Unified Power Quality Conditioner used in three-phase four-line system can effectively compensate multiple different power quality interferences originated either from the load side or from the line side,improve the reliability and quality of power supply.A topological structure and control strategies of Unified Power Quality Controller are introduced,and then a new topology of UPQC in three-phase four-line,which is presented by our team,is used,and the Compensation Principle of UPQC and mathematical model of the series part in UPQC are analyzed in this dissertation.This dissertation focuses on the study of Detection Method of Voltage distortion and the Control Strategies.Then the Detection Method of Voltage distortion based on Park Transforms is chose,and the advantage and disadvantage of different PWM control methods is analyzed in this dissertation.Three-phase four-line system simulation model of the series part in UPQC is constructed with MATLAB/Simulink software for different voltage in the power distribution system.And simulation results demonstrated that the proposed Detection Method of Voltage distortion is correct and valid.This dissertation designs hardware the parameters of series part in UPQC, including the main circuit,driver circuit and the acquisition circuit,and optimizes the choice of the parameters combination with simulation.Then the digital control system based on DSP TMS320F2812,the hardware circuits of the series part and control program written in C in UPQC have been designed and tested.Finally the experiments about three-phase voltage respective control and compensation of the series system in UPQC have been done,and the experiment waveforms and the experiment results are showed and analyzed.
