学前教育专业专科毕业生就业意向与对策研究

A Research on the Intention of Employment of College Graduates in Preschool Education Major and Its Countermeasure

【摘要】 自1999年全国高校开始扩大招生规模以来,大学毕业生的人数大幅度攀升,由此带来的大学生就业问题也日趋严重,许多大学生面临着“毕业”即“失业”的残酷现实。本课题旨在了解在当前严峻的就业形势下,学前教育专业专科毕业生的就业意向,希望能通过本课题的研究,分析出学前教育专业专科毕业生在就业意向上存在的问题及其影响的因素,结合长沙师范专科学校学前教育专业毕业生的就业意向调查,提出加强该专业毕业生就业工作的对策和措施。本文对长沙师范专科学校的400名学前教育专业毕业生进行了抽样调查。调查问卷的问题涉及到学生的个人基本情况、就业意向以及对职业生涯规划的认识,初步了解湖南省学前教育专业专科毕业生就业意向的影响因素。研究结果显示:学前教育专业专科毕业生在就业意向上存在着不少问题,如就业期望值偏高、就业目的具有较强的功利性和利己性、毕业生首次就业后的的岗位流动现象将十分严重等。针对上述存在的问题,本文提出了从政府、学校、家庭以及个人等四个方面来解决学前教育专业毕业生就业问题:(1)发挥政府在学前教育专业专科毕业生就业工作中的宏观调控作用;(2)改革学校人才培养模式;(3)发挥家庭的纽带作用帮助毕业生顺利就业;(4)提升毕业生的自身综合素质。

【Abstract】 There comes greater trouble in graduates’ employment, which results from all of the higher educations broadening the scope in enrolment since 1999 and the graduates’ number always increasing rapidly. And now most of graduates have to be faced with the ruthless facts:" Graduating" means" Unemploying". The aim of the paper is to find out the employment intentions of college graduates in preschool education major in present serious, and try to analyze the problems and their influenced elements in employment intentions, and then put forward some countermeasures or measures, which strengthen the work in employment of graduates from this major, while being combined with the research on employment intentions of graduates from Changsha Normal College.In this paper, we have a spot check up to 400 graduates in preshool education major in Changsha Normal College, which are mentioned such as personal basic information, employment intention and cognition to planning vocation career and so on. This survey also makes us know about the factors which have influence upon the employment intention of college graduates in preschool education in Hunan province. Such is the result: there are too many problems—for instance, their employment expectation is too ideal; their employment purpose is of great utility and ogoism ; and the phenomena that the post after the first employment is always on the move frequently takes place.In view of above situation, this paper works out 4 solutions to graduates’employment from government, educational institution, family and individuality. Firstly , let the government play an important role in generally adjusting the employment of college graduates in preschool education; Secondly , reform the talent-training pattern ; Thirdly , keep close links with families to help the graduates employed successfully; And lastly, improve the integrative quality of graduates themselves.
