基于品牌建设的民办幼儿园教师管理研究

【摘要】 在当前经济全球化,品牌全球化的趋势下,“品牌”一词早已不是企业界的专用名词,被各行各业所引用,教育界也不例外,也有“品牌学校”之说。激烈的竞争使得谁拥有强势品牌,谁就能在某个领域立于不败之地。因此面临教育市场的需求,面对公办幼儿园的强势压力,以及众多民办幼儿园之间的激烈争锋,各民办幼儿园就更需要建立自己的品牌从而树立自己的地位。在民办幼儿园的品牌建设中,教师是品牌建设的关键,品牌教师是品牌幼儿园的核心竞争力,对教师队伍的管理成为制约幼儿园发展的重要因素,是民办幼儿园品牌建设的关键所在。因此加强民办幼儿园教师队伍管理,提高教师队伍的整体水平,己成为当前民办幼儿园品牌建设的必然要求。本文主要由四个部分组成。第一部分,介绍问题的提出背景及其意义、文献综述、相关概念的解析及理论基础、研究框架。第二部分,分析了民办幼儿园教师管理与品牌建设的关系。第三部分指出当前我国民办幼儿园教师管理的主要问题,并分析了民办幼儿园教师管理效能低的原因。第四部分提出立足于品牌建设的民办园教师管理对策。

【Abstract】 In the current trend of economic and brand globalization,the word "brand" is not only a term of business any more,it is quoted by all walks of life,the education field is also not an exception.Meanwhile, "Brand-school" becomes a common expression.The intense competition has made that who has a strong brand,who is more invincible in the field. Therefore,consider of the demands of the education market,the strong pressure coming from the public kindergarten and the acute competition between countless voluntary kindergartens,each of the voluntary kindergarten has to establish their own brands to strengthen their status.During the course of the brand-building of voluntary kindergarten, teacher becomes the key element,a named teacher will be a core competitive factor of a named kindergarten.Good management of the teachers is an important factor of the development of kindergarten,it is the key to build the brand of the voluntary kindergarten.Therefore,to strengthen the management of the voluntary kindergartens’ teachers and to raise the comprehensive ability of the teachers have become an inevitable requirement for the brand-building of the current voluntary kindergarten.This thesis consists of four parts.The first part contains background of the problem and its significance,literature review and analysis of related concepts,the theoretical basis and the research framework.The second part analyzes the relationship between the management of voluntary kindergartens’ teachers and the brand-building.The third part points out the main problem of the management of current voluntary kindergartens’ teachers in our country and explains the reasons why the efficiency of the management of voluntary kindergartens’ teachers is low. The fourth part proposes the methods of managing a voluntary kindergarten’s teachers,which based on the concept of brand-building.
