中加矿业公司矿石品位动态检测及质量控制系统试验研究

【摘要】 矿山生产是一个复杂的系统工程,矿石品位的动态检测技术及矿山生产质量控制一直是学术界和工程实践环节致力于解决的热点和难点问题。本文在详细分析评述当前国内外矿石品位动态检测和质量控制现状的基础上,以合理配矿和矿石品位的实时检测为重点,通过深入的理论分析和实践验证,结合现代信息和网络技术,建立了矿石品位动态检测的理论模型并进行了误差修正,研究开发了一套切合矿山生产实际的矿石品位动态检测及生产质量控制系统。论文研究成果对矿山实现矿石品位动态检测,建立完善的生产质量控制体系,适时而有针对性指导采矿生产,提高回采率,降低损失率,减小贫化率,保持矿山均衡生产,贫富兼采,增加矿山服务年限,挖掘不可再生资源的有效利用率,以及优化选矿工艺参数,提高选矿回收率,谋求矿山各个工艺环节的有机融合与合理支撑,提高矿山生产企业的整体效能,提升矿山企业的信息化水平有明显的借鉴意义,对现行的矿山生产管理有应用和推广价值。

【Abstract】 Mine production is a complex system.Ore grade dynamic detection and quality control is a hot and difficult issue that academics have ever been working hard to resolve in the practice.Based on a detailed analysis of the current domestic and foreign ore grade comments dynamic detection and quality control and profound practice,this research puts forwards a set of practical ore matching and ore grade dynamic detection system. With the employment of information and network technology,this research focuses on the buildup of a theoretical model of ore grade dynamic detection and the formula for error correction.This paper establishes a relatively complete ore grade comments dynamic detection and quality control system for mine production.The research will be helpful in many aspects of mine production,such as the realization of dynamic detection of ore grade,the perfection of the quality control system,the timely guidance on mining production,the balance of the mine production, the increase of the recovery rate,the length of service time of mine,the gangue recovery rate and utilization rate of non-renewable resources and the reduction of the loss rate and dilution ratio.The research will also be helpful in the pursuit of a better information network and a better blend and support of every technological process in the mine production.Besides,it may improve the integral effectivenes of mine production In general,this research is applicable and has its utility value for the current mine management system.
