钢—碳纤维混凝土组合肋壳弹塑性分析

【摘要】 碳纤维增强混凝土是在混凝土中掺入具有优良性能的碳纤维形成的一种复合材料。掺入的碳纤维可以增强混凝土的强度,减缓裂缝的发展,还有一定的耗能作用。另外,利用碳纤维自身的物理性能还可以将碳纤维混凝土作成一种新型智能材料。钢—混凝土组合肋壳是一种新型的大跨度空间组合结构,它同时拥有钢材和混凝土材料的优异性能。将钢肋置于肋梁的下部,钢肋内浇筑混凝土形成的组合肋,使钢材的受拉性能和混凝土的受压性能发挥到了极致。作为一种薄壳,其壳体在允许范围内做得越薄越好。本文提出将碳纤维混凝土材料用于组合肋壳,以其优良的性能,有望将薄壳做得更薄,同时能提高整个结构的承载力。论文利用ANSYS有限元软件对不同材料形式的薄壳及组合肋壳整体结构进行分析并将结果加以对比。论文主要内容如下:1.在大量国内外实验数据的支持下,对碳纤维混凝土的各项力学性能及其智能性做了较系统地总结,并分析碳纤维混凝土自身的力学性能参数及其本构关系。2.利用ANSYS有限元软件对不同跨度不同厚度的短切碳纤维增强混凝土和碳纤维配筋混凝土薄壳和开裂荷载、正常使用极限状态荷载及其极限承载力进行分析。另外,将碳纤维混凝土薄壳与钢筋混凝土薄壳进行对比分析选出较优材料方案做组合肋壳。结果显示碳纤维增强混凝土薄壳有一定优势。3.利用ANSYS对碳纤维混凝土组合肋柱面壳进行弹塑性分析并与钢筋混凝土组合肋柱面壳性能做以对比。分析结果表明:大跨度空间钢—碳纤维混凝土组合肋壳的内力分布比较合理,是一种比较理想的空间结构形式。无论是弹性阶段还是塑性阶段,碳纤维混凝土组合肋壳都比钢筋混凝土表现出更好的变形、反力、内力及应力性能。最后,对本文的研究内容做了总结,并对钢—碳纤维混凝土组合肋壳和碳纤维混凝土材料的发展前景及可能的研究方向做了展望。

【Abstract】 The carbon fiber enhanced concrete is one of compound materials which mix the fine performance’s carbon fiber in the concrete.With the carbon fiber mixed in,it will strengthen the intensity of the concretes,slows down the development of the crack,and has a function that can consumes energy.Moreover,by using the carbon fiber own physical property,the carbon fiber reinforced concrete will be changed to one kind of new intelligent material.The steel - concrete composite ribbed shell is one kind of new large span space structure,it has outstanding performance of both the steel and the concretes material.As one kind of thin shell,it can be casted as thinly as better in allows. It is proposed that the rib shell can be applied in the carbon fiber reinforced concrete material to use its fine performance,we hope to make the shell as thinly as we can or can enhance the supporting capacity of the entire structure.The paper uses the ANSYS finite element software to analyze the different material form’s shell and the overall construction of the composite ribbed shell and contrasts the result at the same time.The papers primary coverage is listed as follows:1.Under the massive domestic and foreign empirical datum’s support,it is summarized on the carbon fiber concretes’ each mechanical properties and its intelligence properties systematically,meanwhile,the paper analyzes the carbon fiber concretes own mechanical properties parameter and its O - erelationships.2.The analysis is carried out on the dehiscence load,the normal use limiting condition load,the limit supporting capacity of the carbon fiber enhanced concretes and the carbon fiber reinforced bars concretes shell which with the different span different thickness by using the ANSYS finite element software.Moreover,the contrastive analysis on the carbon fiber concretes shell and the reinforced concrete shell is carried out to select the superior material plan applied in the composite ribbed shell.The result showed that the carbon fiber enhanced concretes shell has certain superiority.3.By using the ANSYS,the detailed elastoplasticity analysis is studied in the carbon fiber concretes combination ribbed cylinder shell and the result contrasted with the reinforced concrete composite ribbed cylinder shell performance.The analysis result indicated:The distribution of large span space steel - carbon fiber concretes composite ribbed shell’s endogenic force is quite reasonable,and this composte ribbedshell is one kind of quite ideal spatial structure form.Compared to the reinforced concrete, regardless of being the elastic stage or the plastic stage,the carbon fiber concretes composite ribbed shell performes a better distortion,reaction,endogenic force and the stress properties.Finally,the thesis summarizes the research content and looks forward in the steel-carbon fiber concretes combination ribbed shell and the carbon fiber concretes material prospects’ development and the possible research direction.
