榆林安全生产与应急预警系统工程技术研究

【摘要】 近年来,随着国家对煤矿安全生产的重视程度和煤炭企业自身安全意识的提高,大多数煤炭企业建立了安全监控系统,这些监控系统仅仅是对采集的瓦斯、温度、风速等数据进行简单的处理,这种数据的被动采集方式无助于煤矿安全生产决策以及生产事故的预测。本论文研究的主要内容:基于“管控一体化”的煤矿安全生产与应急预警系统的设计,分为3部分:(1)根据管控一体化理论并结合实时监控信息系统、安全管理信息系统以及地理信息系统设计出了基于SMIS/GIS集成技术的煤矿安全生产领域的“管控一体化系统”的层次结构。该结构充分体现了实时监控信息系统、安全管理信息系统以及地理信息系统的特色,充分利用了他们的各项长处;(2)设计出了基于“管控一体化”的煤矿安全生产与应急预警系统的总体架构、技术层次架构、安全设计以及应用功能方案划分。从各个方面对煤矿安全生产与应急预警系统进行阐述;(3)阐述了煤矿安全生产与应急预警系统的开发平台选择、界面设计、变量名与模块设计以及主要子模块的设计实现,并论述了系统的应用前景。论文同时分析了瓦斯爆炸的致因理论、瓦斯爆炸事故的物理因素、瓦斯爆炸事故的管理因素,并根据煤矿安全监控系统的历史数据,利用时间序列方法和灰色系统模型对瓦斯浓度进行了预测研究。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the increasing concern and awareness attached to coal mine safety production and coal enterprises, most coal enterprises established the safety monitoring system, which only provided a simple deeling with the collected datas about gas, temperature and wind speed, but this passive method of collection data will not do good to the decision-making for the safety production and accident forecast in Coal mining.In this paper, the main study as follows: the design for safe production and emergency warning system of coal mine based on the integration of management and control, which is divided into 3 parts:(1) According to the theory of the integration of management and control and all-time monitoring systems, SMIS and GIS, it designed the level structure based on the integral technology of SMIS/GIS. The structure fully reflects the characteristics of the all-time monitoring of information systems, information systems security management, as well as the characteristics of geographic information systems, fully utilize all their strengths.(2) Designed the main structure, the technical level structure, safety design and division of programs for applicant function of system of safe production and emergency warning and described the system from all aspects.(3) The paper described the choice of the development platform, design of interface, variable name and module, as well as the realization of main sub-modules, in the meanwhile, it discussed about the prospect of application.At the same time, the paper analyzised the theory about the cause of gas explosion, the physics and management factors and predicted the gas concentration by using time series method and gray system model in base of historical data taken from coal mine safety monitoring system.
