【摘要】 小户型家居的连年走俏带动了家具行业的全新变革,以节省空间、灵活方便为特点的小户型家具备受青睐。然而,通过对小户型家具使用现状的详细研究和分析发现,现有设计的缺陷导致小户型家具市场供求失衡,以现代化、人性化、智能化为目标的小户型家具的重新设计成为必然。本课题针对折叠式嵌入多功能睡床及其相关装置进行配套设计研究,设计的主体是涵盖照明、储物、简易电脑桌等功能的自动收放式多功能床,铁木结构,可实现在使用时自动旋转至水平位置、闲置时翻转立于与墙面平行位置的两工位运动。在整个翻转运动的过程中,床腿亦能随着床身的起落实现与之相应的收放动作,而藏于床的两侧框内侧。相关装置的设计为一款可任意调节高度、角度的自动电视挂架,它位于床体结构的对面墙壁内,亦属于嵌入式结构。该床融电控技术、四杆机构、丝杠机构、齿轮传动等于一体,形成一个机电一体化系统来实现床身的起落、床腿的收放等运动,并在设计的过程中进行载荷计算、强度计算及轴的校核以提高设计的可靠性、安全性和操作的便捷性。本课题采用欧式风格设计理念、现代信息技术、房间布局手段,实现现代化卧室的空间优化,使之兼具实用、合理的物质功能与美化家居坏境的精神功能,对满足人们的生活需要、节约空间资源、改善环境、提高生活质量、正确引导人们的活动行为和生活方式具有重要的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Small units in demand year after year bring new changes in the furniture industry, characteristics of saving space and flexibility of small units furnitures are in popular. However, detailed research and analysis of small units furnitures using status found that the existing deficiencies in the design led to the imbalance between market demand and supply of small units furnitures. Re-designed of modern, humane, intelligent small units furnitures become inevitable.The topic is aboat matching designed of embedded multi-function folding bed and related devices , designed main body is automatic folding multi-function bed covered lighting, storage, simple computer desk and other functions, iron-wood structure, can be realized two-bit sports that automatically rotatde to horizontal position in use and turned parallel with the wall position in idle. In the whole turnover exercise, the bed legs also up and down with the folding action corresponding. Related devices are television pylon designed to adjust to any height and angle automatically, which is located across the bed and insided the wall, also belong to the embedded structure. The topic adopted frames such as electronic control technology, four agencies, institutions screw and gear transmission, forming a mechanical-electrical integration systems to achieve address exercises of up and down of bed and legs. The computing load, strength calculations and the check-axis have done in order to improve design reliability, security and ease of operation in the design process.The topic use European-style design concept,modern information technology, room layout tools to achieve the space optimization of the modernization bedroom. Bedroom both have practical and reasonable physical function and spirit function to beautify home environment,it is improtant that meeting the needs of people’s lives, saving space, improving the environment, improving the quality of life and guiding behavior activity and way of life .更多还原
