寒区混凝土桥面沥青铺装防水粘结层的试验研究

【摘要】 桥面铺装体系的受力情况十分复杂,不仅承受荷载的垂直应力、温度应力作用,而且还要承受剪切应力的作用。在北方寒冷地区,沥青混凝土桥面铺装出现早期破坏是比较常见的问题,在交通量逐渐增加及复杂气候条件的作用下,新修筑的桥面铺装结构在短期时间内就会出现唧浆、推移及坑槽等病害,不仅增加养护维修费用,而且给行车安全带来了隐患,同时也会造成运营损失。本文对混凝土桥面沥青铺装的病害进行调查、分析,并采用BISAR程序对混凝土桥面沥青铺装防水粘结层结构进行力学计算分析。考虑环境温度变化的影响、冻融循环作用及除冰盐(NaCl)作用情况下,结合桥面铺装防水粘结层的特性,通过进行室内拉拔、剪切及不透水性试验及正交分析法确定较合理的桥面铺装防水粘结层方案。

【Abstract】 The forcement of bridge deck pavement system is very complicated. It not only bears the vertical stress from load, but also the forcement from shear stress. In Northern cold areas, it is a common problem that asphalt concrete pavement is always in early destruction. With the increase of traffic and complex climatic conditions, frothing, movement and pits will occur in the new deck pavement construction in short time. Then it will not only increase the maintenance costs of bridge, but also bring hidden dangers to the traffic safety, and then causes the operating losses.In this paper, the concrete bridge deck asphalt pavement diseases are investigated and analysed, with the BISAR procedure to make mechanics calculation analysis to the waterproof bonding layer of concrete bridge deck asphalt pavement. Then we can conclude that the forcement of bridge deck waterproof layer is significant in the whole bridge deck pavement construction. Considering the respective influcence of changing environmental temperature, freeze-thaw cycles and deicer (NaCl), with the characters of waterproof layer of bridge deck pavement, drawing indoor, shearment and impermeable tests are carried out. Select a better waterproof layer programme of bridge deck pavement through the orthogoal analysis.
