基于以太网的负载电能计量监控系统的设计与研究

【摘要】 目前,我国高校公寓管理正在向着正规化、市场化发展,在不断提高学生方便用电的同时,用电事故频有发生,虽然部分高校公寓已经安装了电能计量监控系统,但这些系统普遍存在着监控程度低、计费精度不高、电费均分、网络程度低等诸多弊端。因此,对于电能计量监控装置的改进变得更加紧急。本课题以高校学生公寓宿舍电能计量监控系统为研究对象,设计了带以太网接口的负载电能计量监控系统。本课题主要进行了电能计量监控装置的改进,设计出了以太网接口,提高了电能测量精度。该系统选用STR912FW44微控制器作为核心处理器。电路主要包括以太网接口电路、身份识别电路、通断电控制电路、电力参数采样电路等。以太网接口电路采用RTL8019AS作为以太网控制器,身份识别电路采用非接触式射频卡进行识别,在电能参数采集电路中,采用高精度的互感器和改进的软件同步交流采样方法进行电力参数的采集,按照“积分和”算法进行了数据的处理。软件方面,采用嵌入式的TCP/IP协议,实现了利用以太网传输学生用户的用电数据的要求;利用判断功率因数COSφ值,实现了判断恶性负载的要求。本系统经过实验测得电量精度在0.5级以内,以太网接口芯片能实现WEB服务器应用。本课题最终实现将嵌入式系统接入以太网,实现了电能的计量和监控,满足了电量监控系统网络化、智能化的要求,将会推动远程监控服务的发展,带来一定的社会经济效益。

【Abstract】 At present, the management of China’s colleges and universities’ apartments are developing toward standardization and market development, accidents have occurred in electricity, while some colleges and universities have installed apartment energy metering control system, however, these systems monitor the prevalence of low level, billing accuracy is low, electricity-sharing, the network number of the drawbacks of low extent. Therefore, improving the Energy Measurement monitoring device has become more urgent. The issue of student hostels in colleges and universities to monitor energy metering system to study, design the Energy Measurement Monitoring System of the Load that with Ethernet Interface.The issue including the improvement of Energy Measurement monitoring device, design of Ethernet interface, improvement of the accuracy of energy measurement. The system selected microcontroller STR912FW44 as the core processor. Ethernet interface circuit selected RTL8019AS as Ethernet controllers, identification circuit using non-contact radio frequency identification cards. Software, the use of embedded TCP/IP protocol, the achievement of students in the use of Ethernet data the user’s electricity requirements. COSφused as power factor to determine the value of a load to determine the requirements of the vicious. The system power measured within the accuracy of 0.5 levels, Ethernet interface chip to achieve WEB server applications. This topic will be the eventual realization of Ethernet access to embedded systems, the realization of the power measurement and monitoring, monitoring system to meet the electricity network, intelligence requirement, it promote the development of remote monitoring services, bringing a certain degree of socio-economic effectiveness.
