基于ArcGIS Server的船舶综合监控系统研究与开发

【摘要】 信息技术和Internet技术的飞速发展,为GIS的发展和应用提供了广阔的空间。但是已经建成的GIS系统大多是针对某个具体的应用独立开发的,各自为政,相对封闭,系统之间无法进行数据共享和互操作。随着人们对空间数据的共享、分析等方而的要求越来越高,对分布式应用研究以及共享信息和知识的需求不断增长,如何构建GIS系统以避免“信息孤岛”的产生成为当前GIS研究的热点。船舶监控系统以GIS为基础,与通过GPS等手段获取的船位信息相结合,实现对船舶的实时监控。对于海事航运部门来讲,各个不同的部门在不同的阶段分别建立了自己的船舶监控系统,这些系统相对封闭,彼此无法进行通信。本论文将构建船舶综合监控系统来实现对于分布式存储在各部门的数据的集中管理和应用,达到资源共享目的。论文首先阐述了选题背景和船舶监控系统的研究现状,并介绍了论文的研究内容,对系统开发平台ArcGIS Server进行了详细研究,在此基础上完成了船舶综合监控系统的总体设计。论文给出了分布式存储环境中基于元数据的属性数据的组织处理解决方案,并设计了空间数据的处理流程,实现了属性数据和空间数据的动态挂接,并对系统的运行效果进行了展示。最后总结了论文的研究成果,并指出了研究过程中存在的不足和下一步的研究方向。论文的主要研究成果是:对ArcGIS Server平台进行了研究,在此基础上构建了船舶综合应用系统,解决了跨部门数据和服务的共享问题,建立了统一的船舶监控平台,提高了船舶监控效率。

【Abstract】 Accompanied by Information technology and the rapid development of Internet technology,GIS is developing and applying almost anywhere.However,the most of GIS system that has already completed is independent of a specific application developed their own,relatively closed,the system can not be carried out between data sharing and interoperability.But the demand that spatial data sharing and analysis is increasingly high,as well as the needs of research that distributed applications and knowledge sharing is increasingly growing,how to build a GIS system to avoid "information island" have become the current hot spots of GIS.Ship monitoring system based on GIS,with a combination of the position information that obtained by GPS and other means,to implement real-time monitoring of the ship.In terms of the maritime shipping sector,the various department separately set up its own ship monitoring systems at different stages,but this systems relatively closed,unable to communicate with each other.This thesis will be to build a comprehensive ship monitoring system,for centralized managing and applying the data that distributed storing in different department,to achieve the purpose of resource sharing.The thesis summarizes the current status of ship monitoring and background topics,introduces ArcGIS Server that development platform of comprehensive ship monitoring system,and analyses the system background to ArcGIS Server-based complete the overall design of the system.The core content of the thesis is giving the solutions that deal with property data on distributed storage environments based on metadata.In addition,the thesis designs treatment of the flow of spatial data,displays the effect of the system through the application examples.Finally the thesis summarizes the research results,points out the shortcomings of the thesis and future research directions.The main thesis of research results are:builds a comprehensive ship monitoring system,for centralized managing and applying the data that distributed storing in different department,improves the efficiency of ship monitoring.
