道德守望——传媒伦理责任研究

【摘要】 在信息化社会中,传媒作为道德守望者极大地影响着社会的发展和人们的生活方式。它通过系统化、结构化的信息呈现方式与解构方式左右着人们的关注视野、思维方式与价值判断。改革开放以来,我国媒体在理论上和实践上都发生了重要变化:主体媒体系统已基本形成,并呈现信息传播网络化和休闲化的特征。然而,随着这种变化,问题接踵而来,传媒,这一道德守望者失责的现象愈加突出:虚假新闻、有偿新闻、媚俗化新闻、不良广告、媒体侵权和媒体越位等等。传媒的产业化,经济利益最大化已经使媒体这个社会道德守望者逐渐滑落于金钱一端,传媒迎合利益的驱动而背离理性基础,低俗化、媚俗化的媒体产品给社会和受众带来巨大的负面影响。这一切,都与传媒责任伦理的缺失息息相关。本文共分为三个部分:第一部分,传媒伦理责任理论论要。主要阐述了传媒伦理责任与特征以及传媒伦理责任的理论论据。首先在传媒自身的社会伦理功能之上对传媒伦理责任的概念进行了梳理与界定,并对传媒伦理责任的理论论据进行了论证,为后文起到理论铺垫作用。第二部分,道德守望者失责的伦理透析。本章结合大量的事实案例,将当前作为社会道德守望者的大众传媒失责的表现归为六大类:虚假新闻、有偿新闻、媚俗化新闻、不良广告、媒体审判和媒体侵权。并进一步对道德守望者所处的二难伦理选择困境进行了分析,深入挖掘造成道德守望者失责的五个主因,即传媒政治经济制度的失衡、激烈无序的竞争和经济利益的驱动、传媒惩罚机制的疏漏、传媒科技的异化和传媒人职业道德责任的匮乏。第三部分,传媒成为道德守望者的实现路径。本章立足于我国国情,结合我国传媒的特点,并借鉴西方国家的实践经验,提出当前我国构建传媒伦理责任的实践机制:优化传媒的社会环境、加大传媒的监管力度、强化传媒人与受众的伦理意识。
【Abstract】 In the information society,the media is affecting the development of society and the way of people’s life greatly as the moral guardian.It controls people’s concerned vision,the way of thinking and value judgement through the way of systematic and structured information presentation.Since reform and opening,chinese media has changed a lot both in theory and practice:the main media system has formed basically,and presents the characteristic which is the information disseminate leisurely by network. However,with this change,the problems are coming, the phenomenon which is the media as the moral guardian lose its duties is even more prominent:fake news,paid news,low taste news,bad advertisement,media right infringement and media offside,etc.The media’s industrialization and maximizing the economic benefits have made the moral guardian slide into the money side gradually,the media panders to the interests-driven but deviates from the rational basis,the low taste media products have brought a huge negative impact to the society and audience.All of these are related to the lack of ethical responsibility closely.This article is divided into three parts:The first part mainly disscusses some basic theories of the ethical responsibility of media which include the ethical responsibility of media,its characteristics and theoretical arguments.Firstly,the concept of ethical responsibity of media is definited depend on its own social ethical fuction,and its theoretical arguments are also demonstrated,in order to pave the way for the demonstration to other theories and proofs later.The second part dialyzes the default that the ethical guardian loses its duties.In this chapter,depend on a large number of cases,the performance of the default is divided into six major categories:fake news,paid news,low taste news,bad advertisement,the media trial and the media infringement.And further,the difficult dilemma of ethical options that the moral guardian falls into is analysized,and the five principal factors of the default are tyied to find out,there are the unbalance of media’s political and economic system,the disordered competition and economic interests-driven,the oversight of media penalty mechanism,the alienation of media technology and the lack of professional responsibility of newsmen.The third part tries to construct the way of realization that the media becomes the real moral guardian.In this chapter,it proposes that the practical mechanism of media ethical responsibility in our country currently based on China’s national conditions,the characteristics of Chinese media and practical experience of western countries:optimizing the media’s social environment,strengthening the media supervision,and raising the media person and the audiences’ethical consciousness.
