三缸ICWP的动平衡分析及优化设计

【摘要】 内燃式水泵虽然克服了活塞式内燃机.柱塞泵系统与HFPE的许多缺点,但由于液柱冲击和往复质量增加的影响,相比原来用于ICWP样机改制的活塞式内燃机振动加剧,仍然具有机体偏高等不足之处。借鉴活塞式内燃机主运动系统动平衡方面的研究成果,结合三缸ICWP水泵存在的具体问题,通过对三缸ICWP的主运动机构的动力学及动平衡分析,建立以曲柄连杆的质量最轻和机构的动平衡最优为目标函数的多目标函数优化数学模型。运用MATLAB语言,采用外点惩罚函数优化方法,编制相关程序,对ICWP主运动机构的动平衡进行了优化求解。ICWP在飞轮端没有能量输出,同时由于在液压分担了部分压力,所以曲柄连杆受力相对KM385B减小,但是由于往复质量的增加,机器的动平衡恶化。通过优化,使曲柄连杆机构的质量最小、平衡块得到合理的配置。曲柄连杆总体质量减小20.01%,Y支反力最大幅值降低30.85%,三缸ICWP的动平衡性能得到实质性的提高。

【Abstract】 ICWP(Internal combustion water pump) has overcome many shortcomings of the internal combustion engine piston - plunger system and HFPE(Hydraulic Free Piston Engine), but the vibration becomes more serious and the body is higher than the original prototype for the liquid impact and increase of reciprocating quality. Based on the balance research of the internal combustion engine and the situation of the ICWP, the force and dynamic balance of the ICWP are analyzed. After that, the mathematic modes regarding the quality and balance as goal function are built. With MATLAB language and exterior penalty function method, the program to solve the optimization of the main sports bodies ICWP is designed.There is no power to output at the flywheel and some pressure is shared by hydraulic pressure. So the force acting on connecting rod is decreased compared to KM385. But the dynamic balance of the three cylinder ICWP becomes serious for the increased reciprocating quality. To optimize to make the quality of the connecting rod to be smallest and the balance blocks to be set reasonably. The total quality of the is decreased by 20.01%, and the biggest support force of Y direction is decreased 30.85%. There is a great improvement of the balance of the three cylinder internal combustion.
