高住高练低训对心血管功能的影响

The Effect of Living High-exercise High-training Low (HiHiLo) on Cardiovascular Function

【摘要】 研究目的:在低氧的环境下进行训练作为一种有效的训练方法,已在多种运动项目训练中被广泛采用,体育领域对低氧理论的研究热点也越来越多。本研究通过观察受试者高住高练低训(HiHiLo)前后心输出量、射血分数、心指数、血管顺应性等指标的变化。旨在探讨HiHiLo对心血管功能的影响,为HiHiLo提供理论和实验依据。研究方法:研究对象为北京体育大学有运动经历的在校本科生。进行为期4周的高住高练低训(每晚在低氧舱入住10小时,白天照常训练,在HiHiLo期间每周进行三次低氧的训练,30分钟,75%VO2max强度)。受试者分别在HiHiLo前、后进行两次心功能测试,在HiHiLo前、HiHiLo两周后、HiHiLo四周后进行三次血管功能的测试。研究结果:1、HiHiLo后,受试者HR在安静状态时有下降趋势,在运动时上升幅度明显减小,运动后恢复明显加快。2、HiHiLo后,受试者LEDV在以较大负荷运动时和恢复期明显增大,而LSDV在各状态下变化不明显。3、HiHiLo后,SV、CO、SI、EF、左道峰血流速度均增加,但只有SV、SI、左道峰血流速度在以较大负荷运动时才具有显著性。4、HiHiLo后,二尖瓣血流速度E峰值、A峰值、E/A比值均下降,但只有E峰值在以100W负荷运动时下降有显著性。5、HiHiLo后,受试者的SBP、MAP、PP均下降,DBP变化不明显。6、HiHiLo后,受试者的PWV均有所下降,以左侧臂踝PWV较显著;全身血管顺应性增大,全身血管阻力下降。

【Abstract】 Objects:Hypoxic training which has been seen as an effective method to enhance performance has been widely used in the daily training of many sports.There are more and more research to investigate the theoretical basis of this method.In this study,various indices such as cardiac output,ejection fraction,cardiac output index,artery compliance,were compared before and after HiHiLo to investigate that whether the HiHiLo can improve cardiovascular function.Methods:All the subjects of this study were under graduate students of Beijing Sport University who had exercise training experience.All the subjects participated the HiHiLo (exposure in hypoxic environment for 10 hours at night,training at normoxia in the day time, exercise during hypoxia three times a week lasting for 30 min at 75%Vo2max intensity) training last for 4 weeks.Echocardiography measurements were performed before and after HiHiLo session.Vascular function measurements were performed before HiHiLo,2 weeks and 4 weeks after HiHiLo.Results:1.After HiHiLo,HR decreased in quiet ratherish,decreased in exercise and convalescence significantly;2.After HiHiLo,left ventricle end-diastolic volume(LEDV) increased in larger burthen exercise and convalescence significantly,but left ventricle end-systolic volume(LESV) decreased ratherish in every state;3.After HiHiLo,SV,CO,SI, EF and the bloodstream velocity of the left tract Stroke increased,but only SV,SI and the bloodstream velocity of the left tract Stroke increased significantly;4.After HiHiLo,peak velocity of early filling wave(E),peak velocity of filling after atrial contraction(A) and E/A ratio declined indicated,but only E decreased significantly in 100W burthen;5.After HiHiLo, SBP,MAP,PP decreased significantly,but DBP did not change significantly;6.After HiHiLo, all PWV decreased,but only lbaPWV decreased significantly;SVC increased significantly and SVR decreased significantly.
