徐州市普通高校公共体育课程实施的研究

Research on the Public PE Curriculum Implementation in Ordinary Colleges in the City of XuZhou

【摘要】 以实施终身体育教育为出发点,以现代课程设置理论为指导,运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计等研究方法对徐州市7所普通高校有关体育课程设置、体育师资、体育物质资源等方面进行调查研究,结果表明:1)徐州市普通高校体育教师对“健康第一”、“终身体育”的指导思想认识还存在偏差;2)徐州市普通高校体育教师一般以部颁教材为蓝本,结合自身学校学生实际情况,加入自主创新部分,学校补充的教材、自编的教材占了较高比例;3)徐州市普通高校体育课程采用的类型基本是“基础课+选项课+康复保健课+理论课”;4)徐州普通高校公共体育课程教学的组织形式是按所选项目男女合班教学,教学方法比较单一,先进的电化教学、多媒体教学手段还没有在体育教学中普及;5)在公共体育课评价中,教师主要考虑学生的技术水平以及学习态度,忽略了学生的进步幅度,而学生却认为技术水平、进步幅度、健康水平应该综合考虑;6)徐州市大部分普通高校都在逐步地建立和完善体育课质量监督体系,制定各种教学管理规章制度;7)徐州市多数普通高校课外活动处于松散无序状态,场馆设施严重不足、无体育教师指导、缺乏组织管理是限制徐州市普通高校开展课外体育活动的主要因素;8)体育师资中,高学历、高职称人才缺乏,年龄结构不合理,知识结构老化,教师严重缺编和高强度工作现象普遍存在。在此基础上,提出徐州市普通高校公共体育课程设置与实施的建议:1)继续加强徐州市普通高校体育教师对教学指导思想的认识和理解;2)整合课程内容,延长选修课的年限,增加选项课和选修课项目,开展多种形式的理论课和专题讲座;3)建立科学的体育教学评价体系,注重多元性综合评价,淡化甄别和选拔功能,强调激励和发展功能,综合考虑学生的技术水平、进步幅度、健康水平和学习态度等;4)高校应逐级建立体育课程质量监督体系,加强教学督导队伍建设,完善督导制度,加强对学校体育工作和教育质量的督查和指导;5)继续加大体育经费投入,加强体育场馆设施建设,开发体育场馆的多元功能,提高现有体育资源利用率,加强课外体育活动组织和管理;6)加速教师素质提升,合理配置体育师资,建立高校体育教师培训制度,重视师资的选拔和培养。

【Abstract】 This article aims at the life-long sports for human being,with the instructions of modern curriculum design theories,using the method of literature consultation,questionnaire survey,expert interview etc, researching on the public curriculum design and implementation,the PE teachers,the PE material resources and etc,in seven colleges of xuzhou, and draw some conclusions as follows:1) The teaching goal and the thoughts of instruction of the public PE curriculum is "healthy first","life-long sports" in the ordinary colleges in the city of xuzhou;2) The teaching materials used in the public PE always take the official materials as the blue origin,and regards their students an actual circumstance,added independent creative parts,these parts had a higher rate in all;3) The model of the public PE curriculum in the ordinary colleges always adopt the "foundation lesson + options lesson + health protection lesson + theories lesson";4) The teaching method is more simple,the forerunner’ s electricity turns teaching,multi-media teaching means didn’ t yet universality in the PE curriculum;5) The evaluation in the PE curriculum is not comprehensive,the teacher mainly considers the student’s technique level and study attitude,neglected the student’s progress range,but the student think technique level and progress the range, healthy level should synthesize consideration;6) According to the investigation,mainly parts of the ordinary colleges are gradually in establishing and perfecting the PE management and regulation of various teaching system;7) The after school sports entertainment in the ordinary colleges are in the popular,but generally in the mess state.The stadiums and facilities are in shortage,device with no PE teachers instruction, lack of organization and management is the main factor influencing the after school activity;8) The PE teachers in the ordinary colleges is not enough,and their educational background is not very good,the knowledge structure is outdate,and the teacher seriously lacks plait and high strength,super phenomenon widespread in existence.As mentioned above,the author put forward some concrete countermeasure as follows:1) Strengthen the PE teachers’ recognition towards the thoughts of instruction of the public PE curriculum;2) Integrate the curriculum contents(the competitive sports teaching material turn and the national sports teaching material turn),prolong the time limit of elective,increase options lesson and elective item, open an exhibition various forms,contents enrich of theories lesson and special subject academic chair;3) Establish science of athletics teaching evaluation system,pay attention to the diverse comprehensive evaluation,downplay the Zhen don’t with selection function,emphasize to encourage with development function;4) The colleges should pursue the class establishment(from the school arrive to fasten a section again arrive each teach to grind room) athletics course quality direct system, strengthen teaching a councilor a troops construction,perfect councilor’s system,strengthen to work the school athletics and educate the check and instruction of quality;5) The budget devotion of the enlargement athletics,strengthen the facilities construction of the stadium building,enhance a student to participate consciousness,the school wants to strengthen the organization and management of the lesson outside athletics activity;6) Help the PE teacher to complete role behavior changing and education way in the course the reform of change, according to the college enrollment allocate PE teachers reasonable, build up a colleges PE teachers ’training system,renew athletics knowledge in time,promoting the PE teachers’ quality.
