外墙外保温工程震害调查及抗震性能初步分析

【摘要】 自上世纪70年代能源危机以来,世界各国都十分注重建筑节能工程,并对外墙外保温系统进行了大量的理论研究。经过四十多年的努力,建筑节能工程已经取得了长足进展。虽然,外墙外保温技术已经趋于成熟并不断得以推广。但是,外墙外保温系统的抗震性能国内外研究甚少,缺乏研究数据。2008年5月12日下午2点28分,四川省汶川县发生里氏8.0级强烈地震。受灾地区涉及四川、甘肃、陕西、重庆、云南等十余省市。受灾地区绝大多数属于夏热冬冷地区,这些地区的外墙外保温系统的抗震安全性究竟如何需要展开深入研究。为此本论文开展了以下研究工作:1、对5.12汶川地震灾区外墙外保温工程典型案例的质量状况、破坏形式、受损特征、安全状况展开调研。分析总结外墙外保温工程在此次地震发生后反映出来的各类问题,找出其中的规律性。2、从受力分析的角度对饰面砖外墙外保温系统的抗震安全性做了初步研究,总结了饰面砖外墙外保温系统的抗震安全性的影响因素,并提出了提高该外墙外保温系统的抗震安全性的具体措施。3、通过制定具体的试验方案和制作标准试件,在地震模拟试验台阵系统对不同质量面砖的胶粉聚苯颗粒外墙外保温系统的抗震性能、不同施工工艺的外墙外保温系统的抗震性能和外墙外保温系统经人工老化后的抗震性能进行了深入研究。

【Abstract】 From the energy crisis of 1970’s,the world is very focused on building energy-saving projects,large number of theoretical studies were focused on external wall insulation system.By forty years of effort,energy-saving building project has been made a considerable progress.Although the exterior insulation technology has become more sophisticated and constantly promoted.However,exterior insulation and finish systems research on seismic behavior of the few,the lack of research data.At 14:28 on May 12,2008, occurred a 8.0 magnitude earthquake in Wenchuan in Sichuan.Sichuan,Gansu, Shanxi,Chongqing,Yunnan and other provinces were Involved in the disaster.The vast majority of the affected areas belong to hot summer and cold winter areas,so the study of exterior insulation and finish systems of the seismic safety are needed for these areas.This paper focus on the following researches:(1).The area of exterior insulation houses which are built for the people lost home in the 5.12 Wenchuan earthquake reflcted many problems.And this paper made researches on its the quality situation、the form of damage、the characteristics of damage and security situation to find out the rules.(2) The early study is made on the trial of exterior insulation facing tile seismic safety from the field of force analysis.It summed up the factors that affect exterior insulation facing tile seismic safety,and improved the insulation of the Seismic safety of of specific measures.(3) A deep research,which is carrying out in an earthquake simulation test array through the development of specific pilot programs and the production of standard test pieces,are made on earthquake resistance of different quality of tile system of powder particles polystyrene exterior insulation and finish systems of seismic performance of different construction technique of exterior insulation and finish systems Seismic performance and exterior insulation and finish systems after artificial aging.
