预应力混凝土斜拉桥成桥和施工阶段索力优化理论研究和实践

【摘要】 斜拉桥的设计往往是从确定成桥状态开始,然后根据确定的成桥状态用正装迭代法或正装-倒拆迭代法确定施工状态,最后通过施工过程控制来达到事先确定的成桥状态。因而合理地确定斜拉桥的成桥状态,就成为设计首先要解决的关键问题。斜拉桥的合理成桥状态确定之后,斜拉桥的其它设计计算才有实际意义。关于如何确定预应力混凝土(简称PC)斜拉桥的成桥状态,工程师们已总结出很多的方法,这些方法各有特点及条件。本文在对几种方法进行深入研究的基础上,利用数学优化理论,创造性地提出并实践了综合采用最小弯曲能量法、应力平衡法、用索量最小法的多目标多约束索力优化理论。关于如何确实斜拉桥施工中的初拉力,本文不拘于其他学者的思路,弱化了成桥合理状态的严格限制,创造性地提出并实践了直接在在施工阶段计算中用优化理论通过一次优化确定施工阶段初拉力的方法,同时确定合理成桥状态和理想施工状态,减少了很多迭代和试算的过程,具有一定的应用前景。

【Abstract】 The design of cable-stayed bridge often begins from confirming the complete bridge state, to confirming construction state with forwards iterative method or forwards-backwards iterative method based the confirmed complete bridge state, last to achieving the confirmed beforehand complete state by construction process control. So confirming rationally cable-stayed bridge complete state becomes the povotal problem to solve firstly in design. Only when cable-stayed bridge rational complete bridge state has been confirmed, other cable-stayed bridge design and calculation has actual significance.About how to confirm complete bridge state of prestressing force concrete (abbr. PC) cable-stayed bridge, engineers have found many methods by summing up, and these methods have respective characters and conditions. Baseing on in-depth study in several methods and making use of mathematic optimization theory, this paper brings forward creatively and practices the multi-goal and multi-constrainer cable tension optimization theory which adopts synthetically the minimal bend energy method, stress balance method and minimal cable amount method.About how to confirm cables first tension in cable-stayed bridge construction process, this paper brings forward creatively and practices the method which confirms cables first tension in construction process only by once optimization calculation, it is out of other scholar’s thought and weakens the strict constrainers from the rational complete bridge state. This method can confirm rational complete bridge state and perfect construction states at one time, reduces much iterative and trial calculation process, has some applied foreground.
