乳化沥青就地冷再生技术研究

【摘要】 相对于水泥路面,沥青路面具有表面平整无接缝,行车振动小,噪音低,开放交通快和养护简便等优点,且适宜于路面分期修建,是我国路面的重要结构形式,在我国高等级公路中沥青路面的比例较大。长时间的行车荷载和外界因素的影响,会逐渐导致各种病害的产生,降低路面的行驶质量。沥青路面冷再生工艺是20世纪80年代后期在路面冷铣刨工艺的基础上迅速发展起来的一种新技术,目前已成为国际上道路维修改造方法之一。针对现今所面临的问题,对乳化沥青冷再生技术特点进行分析,指出了其适用条件和优缺点。选用正交设计方法,通过试验得出各个因素对性能的影响程度。进行配合比设计,选用劈裂强度、马歇尔强度和流值作为评价指标,确定混合料的级配、总用水量、乳化沥青用量、水泥用量等设计参数。最后,选用得到的最佳配合比,进行乳化沥青冷再生混合料性能检验。运用荷兰壳牌研究组的BISAR程序进行受力分析,得到不同路面深度的位移、应力和应变。之后,变换设计参数,模拟不同路面结构层位组合,进行对比。简要介绍了现场冷再生施工工艺与质量控制,并结合实际工程进行了效益分析。通过大量实验得出,只要选择适当的配比及新旧料掺和比例,进行合理的施工,乳化沥青冷再生混合料具有较高的强度和良好的路用性能,完全能够应用于高等级公路的下面层和基层。沥青路面再生技术在我国才刚刚起步,虽然面临这许多的困难,但是发展前景是毋庸置疑的。

【Abstract】 Compared with cement pavement, asphalt mixture has much more advantages in Flat surface with no crack, smaller driving vibration, low noises, opening to traffic rapidly, convenient maintenance, and it is suitable for construction by stages. So asphalt pavement takes a large proportion of high-grade highway, is the main highway structure form in China. Because of long time vehicle load and external factors, there will be more disease, and the riding quality of pavement will be lower.Cold-Recycling of asphalt pavement becomes one of the most popular road maintenance ways of the whole world, is a new technology developed with pavement cold milling in1980s of 20th century. According to the questions which we faced, I analysis the characteristics of Cold-Recycling of emulsified asphalt, and point out the applicable conditions, advantages and disadvantages. We use Orthogonal Design Method and obtain the influence degree of performance caused by different factors, choose splitting strength、Marshall stability and flow value as index in mix design, then confirm the parameters, just like gradation、total water consumption、optimal asphalt content and cement content.At last, we test the performance of cold recycling mixture of emulsified asphalt with the best mix proportion which we get. In order to get displacement、stress、strain of different road depth, we chosse the procedure BISAR which is studied by the research group of shell Brand in Dutch. then change the design parameters, comparing to different pavement structure for comparative analysis. We make the briefly introduces of cold recycling construction technology and the way to quality control, and make the benefit analysis of practical projects.After lots of experiment, we can summarize that cold recycling mixture of emulsified asphalt is provided with high intensity and excellent pavement performance, is competent in the binder layer basic layer of high grade highway, with proper mix proportion and ratio between new aggregate and RAP, and properly construction. We face lots of difficult because the asphalt pavement recycling is a new technology in China, and the envelopment prospect is good without any doubt.
