高速公路沥青路面温拌薄层罩面技术研究

【摘要】 随着公路沥青路面的不断建成和投入使用,在环境因素、气候条件、结构设计、交通量、车辆超载等因素的影响下,沥青路面不可避免地出现了各类早期病害,如何采取经济、高效、合理的养护方法减少各类病害的发生,恢复沥青路面结构的功能,延长道路使用寿命是当前公路沥青路面养护的一大难题。本文依托云南省交通厅科技项目《云南省高速公路沥青路面养护新型封层技术研究》课题,对SMA温拌薄层罩面技术开展系统研究。论文在参考国内外相关研究成果的基础上,通过对不同掺量降粘剂Sasowam的温拌沥青的技术指标研究,以及其粘温特性研究,确定了新型温拌降粘剂Sasowam最佳掺量和温拌沥青混合料的拌和与压实温度。同时,在最佳油石比条件下,对比研究了温拌SMA-10和SBS改性沥青SMA-10的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性等路用性能,其中温拌沥青混合料路用性能要略差于SBS改性沥青混合料,但均满足《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》要求。通过室内试验,对纤维增强应力吸收层、橡胶沥青应力吸收层和聚合物改性乳化沥青粘层的性能进行对比研究,采用抗剪强度和粘结强度指标,来评价应力吸收层材料层间粘结能力,通过疲劳试验,确定三种材料的疲劳方程。最后通过试验路段设计,进行现场铺筑,从实际铺筑情况看来,效果良好。

【Abstract】 With the asphalt pavement continuous completed and put into use, and under the influence of factors such as environmental factors, climatic conditions, structural design, traffic volume, vehicle overloading, the asphalt pavement have lots of early diseases, how to take the economic, efficient and reasonable maintenance methods to reduce the occurrence of various types of disease, restore function of the road structure, extend the road life of asphalt pavement is a major problem. This article depends on the project of Yunnan Education Committee science and technology, which name was“the new technology research of Expressway Asphalt Pavement Seal in Yunnan”, and begin its systematic research on the maintenance technologies of asphalt pavement by paved thin overlay of the warm mix asphalt of SMA.The author, after studying on related research achievement both in and abroad, ascertained the best content of Sasowam viscosity depressants and the mixing and compaction temperatures of warm mix asphalt, by studying on the normal performance index and viscosity-temperature characteristics of modified asphalt which added different content of viscosity depressants. At the same time, comparative studied on the Pavement performance such as the high temperature stability、the performance to resist the crack in low temperature and water stability between the warm mix asphalt of SMA-10 and the SBS modified asphalt of SMA-10 on the condition of bitumen aggregate ratio, it shows that the Pavement performance of warm mix asphalt is worse than the SBS modified asphalt mixture, but both met the requirements of the Technical code for construction and acceptance of highway asphalt pavement. The author comparative studied on the fiber-reinforced stress-absorbing membrane interlayer, the rubber asphalt stress-absorbing membrane interlayer and the bonding coat of polymer modified emulsion asphalt by laboratory experiment, and evaluated the operational performance of the stress-absorbing membrane interlayer by index of shear strength and bond strength, and ascertained the fatigue equation all of the stress-absorbing membrane interlayer by fatigue test.At last, practiced on-site paving after experimental design, it seems to be that the paving effection is very good.
