【摘要】 学科网络资源导航是以学科为主要分类体系,并对网络学术信息资源进行搜集整理以提高资源利用率的系统。随着网络信息资源的不断丰富,网络中可以用于学术研究和学习的资源内容越来越多,建设一个资源内容丰富、使用方便的学科导航显得越来越重要。在学科网络资源导航建设过程中最重要的,也是最困难的过程就是网络学术信息资源的搜集和整理,这也是我国及其它国家在学科导航建设过程中需要解决的一个重大问题。本文首先对国内外学科导航的建设状况做了简要的介绍,并指出了国内现存学科导航信息资源建设中存在的问题。然后,针对存在的这些问题,结合国内外学科导航资源建设的实例,对以往的学科导航资源建设策略进行了总结,并提出了新的方法和策略。本文主要从网络学术信息资源搜集与选择,信息资源的分类和描述以及信息资源的管理和维护几个方面提出了相应的策略和方法。其中,还对网络学术信息资源的评价体系、分类体系和描述体系进行了描述,并对国内外的相关标准进行了简要的介绍。除此之外,还对网络学术信息资源建设每个步骤中应该注意到的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决方法。最后,本文从思想意识、人力物力和新技术的开发与应用三个方面分析了制约学科导航信息资源建设的因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Subject navigation of network resources is a system which is used to collect and arrange network information resources in order to make them fully used by other people. The network information resources in it are classified by subjects. With the development of the internet, the network resources used in academic research and learning are increasingly rich. It is more and more important to establish subject navigation with abundant information resources and easy to use. The most important and difficult procedure is the collection and arrangement of network academic information resources.This article first gives a brief introduction of the construction condition to the subject navigation at home and abroad. It also points out some problems existing in the construction in our country. To counter these problems, combined with construction examples at home and abroad, this article sums up the construction strategies in the past and puts forward new methods and strategies. It introduces corresponding strategies and methods in the following construction processes: the collection and selection, the classification and description and the management and maintenance of network academic resources. In this part, the article makes a description of the evaluation system, the classification system and the description system of network academic resources. It also gives a brief introduction of the relative standards at home and abroad. In addition, the article analyzes some questions we should pay attention to in each construction process and provides some solution methods. At last, the article analyzes some restrictive factors in the network information resources construction from three aspects: ideologies, human and material resources, the exploitation and application of new technologies.更多还原
