大连市环境容量与环境综合承载力研究

【摘要】 环境容量是环境科学的基本理论之一,它反映了污染物在环境迁移转化中的基本规律和特定环境功能条件下环境对污染物的承受能力。随着经济的迅速发展,大连市环境污染与环境容量之间矛盾十分突出。通过对大连市环境容量研究,了解各评价单元环境容量现状,为实现大连市环境容量资源的优化配置及环境的整体改善奠定基础。本文在大连市环境功能区划的基础上,确定环境容量评价单元和质量控制目标,对排入评价单元的生活污染源进行调查,在入河系数确定后,计算出各评价单元的污染物入河量。利用各类水文、水质、大气质量等资料,确定相应参数,进行各评价单元的理想环境容量计算,并与生活污染源现状进行对照,分析各评价单元剩余环境容量可能为工业污染排放提供的的空间余地,进而为工业布局及污染物控制提供参考依据。文章最后提出了提高大连市环境综合承载力的措施,通过有效控制污染源和污染物排放等方法恢复环境的自净能力。

【Abstract】 Enviormnental earrying capacity is one of a basic theory of environmental seience. It reflects the law of transeference and translation of contamination and also reflects the receiving capacity under a certain kind of enviromnent. Along with the rapid economic development, the conflict between water environmental pollution and water environmental capacity in Dalian City is very serious. By the study of environmental capacity, we can know the actuality of environmental capacity and Comprehensive Load-bearing Capacity of Environment, optimize the environmental capacity and establish basic for the whole improvement of environment in villages and towns of DaLian City. Basing on function classification, the thesis confirms the evaluation units of environmental capacity, and the control object of quality. The thesis investigates the important industrial pollution, living pollution which flow to the evaluation units of environmental capacity. After confirming enter coeffcient, the article calculate the pollution quantity entering of evaluation units. By using various hydrology and quantity data, the article gained the correspond parameter, calculate the ideal environmental capacity of evaluation units , contrast the actuality of polluting headstream and gained Comprehensive Load-bearing Capacity of Resource and Environment. the thesis brings forward the measures protecting and improving Comprehensive Load-bearing Capacity of Resource and Environment by the effectual control of polluting headstream and pollution emission and so on.
