【摘要】 研究背景:腰椎间盘突出症是各种原因致纤维环破裂,髓核突出,压迫神经根或马尾神经而出现一系列症状。纵观近年来对于治疗本症的方法及报道大略可分为手术疗法与非手术疗法两类,而鉴于手术疗法常存有手术后粘连、脊柱失稳,感染、创伤性大等一系列问题,故非手术疗法对于本病的治疗就显得非常重要。研究目的:研究火针对腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效。研究方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各30例,治疗组用火针,对照组常规针刺。治疗前、治疗后分别对所有患者进行Mcgill疼痛量表评分,从而判定疗效。研究结果:1、两个疗程治疗结束后,治疗组临床治愈18例,好转8例,未愈4例,总有效率86.7%;对照组临床治愈12例,好转10例,未愈8例,总有效率73.3%。治疗组优于对照组。2、治疗结束后两组进行统计学比较,两组患者的感觉项、情感项、两者之和治疗后均有改善,治疗组疗效优于对照组。3、治疗结束后两组进行统计学比较,两组患者VAS评分、PH评分治疗后均有改善,治疗组疗效优于对照组。研究结论:火针组对腰椎间盘突出症患者的疼痛分级指数、VAS评分、PPI评分均有改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse is a condition associated with the ruptured annulus fibrosus and results in the nucleus pulposus bulging out to compress nerve roots or the cauda equina.There are meanly operative and non-operative treatment of lumber disc hernia according to the medical research in recent years.As we know,the operation will result in the series of problems such as:adhesion,instability of vertebral column,inflammation injuries etc.From this view,the non-operative method is more important.Objective:According to prospective clinical research to observe the influence of fire acupuncture for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse.Method:The research is performed on 60 patients who come from the acupuncture room We divided the 60 cases into the fire acupuncture group as the therapy group and the traditional-acupuncture group as the comparison group randomly.There are 30 cases in each group.All the patients were treated for two treatment period.We evaluate every case according to the following items before the treatment and after treatment:pain index and VAS、PPI evauluation.Result:(1) After the therapy,the therapy group has a total effective rate of 86.7%,and 18 cases are significant improved,8 cases are improved,4 cases have no effect.The other group has a total effective rate of 73.3%,and 12 cases are significant improved,10 cases are improved,8 cases have no effect.The effect of two groups has significant difference.(2) The two group carries on statistics companson after the therapy,The feeling、emotion item、both sum of two group is improved,the effect of the threrapy group is better than the comparison group after the therapy.(3) The two group carries on statistics comparison after the therapy,VAS、PPI evauluation of two groups both is promoted,the effect of the therapy group is better than the comparison group.
