【摘要】 目的:观察穴位埋线法对脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖症患者体重、体重指数、腰围、血清C-反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、胰岛素等指标的影响,探讨穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖症的机理,为临床治疗单纯性肥胖提供依据。方法:40例单纯性肥胖患者随机分为穴位埋线观察组20例和针刺对照组20例。两组均采用自拟减肥方。穴位埋线法每周1次,4周1疗程,针刺法每周6次,4周1疗程,观察1个疗程。观察治疗前后肥胖指标及治疗前、治疗后1周、治疗后4周空腹血清胰岛素、白介素-6及C反应蛋白水平的变化情况。结果:治疗后两组均能改善患者的症状体征,减少体重、体重指数及腰围,两组间对比疗效无显著性差异(P﹥0.05)。但血清胰岛素、白介素-6及C反应蛋白治疗前、治疗后一周及四周对比无明显变化。结论:本研究证实穴位埋线疗法能减轻脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖患者的体重、体重指数及腰围,但未发现其作用机理与炎症反应有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate effects of catgut implantation on body weight, BMI,waist circumference, and serum levels of interleukin- 6, C- reactive protein and insulin in simple obese patients with dampness deficiency type to research the mechanism of catgut implantation in slimming.Methods: 40 cases were divided randomly into two groups: the observed group(20cases) received catgut implantation once a week, and the control group(20cases) received acupuncture 6 times a week, both for 4 weeks. Two groups selected the same points. Catgut implantation was given once a week, acupuncture was given 6 a week, 4 weeks would all be one course. Baseline and endup measurements were done before and at the end of the treatments. Results: After treatments two groups had meliorated the patients’ symptoms, decreased the bodyweight, BMI and the waist, the two groups have the same effect. But the serum levels of interleukin- 6, C- reactive protein and insulin did not significantly vary during the treatment.(P﹥0.05).Conclusion: Catgut implantation anti-obesity treatment of 4 weeks can reduce body weight, BMI, and waist circumference. But the relation between the mechanism of catgut implantation anti-obesity treatments and inflammatory reaction had not been found.更多还原
