组织因子在肾癌中的表达及其临床意义

【摘要】 目的:检测肾癌组织、癌旁正常肾组织中组织因子蛋白的表达,以了解组织因子蛋白与肾癌发生发展的关系及其在肾癌治疗方面的临床应用价值。方法:运用免疫组织化学MaxVision?法分别检测30例肾癌组织及15例作为对照的癌旁正常肾组织中组织因子蛋白的表达情况,并相互比较结果进行分析。结果:组织因子在肾癌组织中的表达率90%(30例肾癌组织中有27例表达阳性)显著高于在癌旁正常组织中的表达率13.3%(15例癌旁正常肾组织中有2例表达阳性)。组织因子在肾癌及癌旁正常肾组织中的表达有显著性差异,具有统计学意义。结论:组织因子与肾癌的发生、发展可能具有密切关系。根据组织因子蛋白在肾癌及癌旁正常肾组织中表达的差异,临床上可能能够利用组织因子蛋白对肾癌进行诊断和肿瘤靶向治疗。它可能在肾癌的治疗方面具有一定的临床价值。
【Abstract】 Objective To inspect the expression of tissue factor (TF) in renal cell carcinoma and in adjacent normal renal tissues ,and to know the relationship of tissue factor expression with carcinogenesis and progression in renal cell carcinoma and its clinical applying value in renal cell carcinoma treatment.Methods Detected the expression of tissue factor in 30 cases of renal cell carcinoma and 15 cases of the adjacent normal kidney tissue by MaxVision? immunhistochemistry method,then analyzed the results by comparing its.Results The expression rate of tissue factor in renal cell carcinoma is 90%(27 cases are positive in 30 cases of renal cell carcinoma )was significantly higher than in the adjacent normal kidney tissue of 13.3%(2 cases are positive in 15 cases of the adjacent normal kidney tissue). The expression of tissue factor in renal cell carcinoma and the adjacent normal kidney tissue was sinnificantly different and the difference have statistics significance.Conclusion Maybe there is a close relationship between tissue factor and renal cell carcinoma,According to the different of the expression of tissue factor in renal cell carcinoma and the adjacent normal kidney tissue,the tissue factor may be used in diagnose and targeted treatment of renal cell carcinoma. It may be significant in the treatment of renal cell carcinoma.
