基于增量更新的远洋船舶机舱数据流量优化研究

【摘要】 随着船舶动力装置的大型化、自动化和复杂化程度不断提高,故障诊断和维修难度日益加大。船舶航行无限航区,受通信、海况、天气等影响难以获得厂商和故障诊断与维护中心强有力的技术支持。许多复杂的实际问题,依靠船上人员自身的力量,又往往难以解决。因而,如何保持船舶动力装置的可靠性和预定的营运功能,是当前急需解决的问题。近年来,船岸通信、组合导航、数据采集、电子海图等各项应用技术飞速发展,为实现新一代船岸一体化的远洋运输监控系统提供了坚实的技术基础。本文重点研究船舶机舱在线监控系统的机舱数据处理及传输问题。首先,文章分析了在线监控系统的现状并介绍了《远洋船舶及货物运输在线监控系统》,提出了在线监控系统在数据存储及通信环节的一个重要改进即增量传输。其次作为面向主题的、集成的、相对稳定的、反映历史变化的数据仓库,为数据的存储,及数据处理提供了广阔的平台。因此,文章第三章以数据库为依托,介绍了数据库的特点及相关功能,并结合机舱数据的特点,分析、规划、创建了适合增量传输的机舱数据库。然后,文章第四章通过对增量算法的研究,提出了适合机舱数据处理的逐差增量算法,并进行了增量求取的可行性分析,结合数据库对机舱采集的信息进行增量信息处理。机舱数据分类过程中应用了船舶操作级的概念及传感器采集精度等方法,通过综合分析确定了数据传输精度,最终根据数据精度进行了实际数据增量传输处理。最后,文章介绍了现代远洋数据通讯普遍采用的文本传输方式,参照ASCII码的文本传输标准进行了实际数据传输量的估算,针对二进制传输具有诸多优越性提出了采用二进制传输的构想。本文的研究成果在解决船岸大规模持续性通讯上具有明显的优势,可明显降低数据通讯量,必将成为在线监控系统的首选数据传输方式。

【Abstract】 As the size,automation and complexity of the marine power plant are improved continuously,the difficulty for fault diagnosis and maintenance increases gradually. Due to the barrier of communication,rough sea conditions,bad weather and other factors,it is hard for ocean-going vessels to obtain technical support from the manufacturers and maintenance center.Without this technical support from land,it’s difficult for the ship’s own crew to solve complex and practical problems independently.Therefore,it is an urgent issue at present to maintain the reliability of the ship power plant and design operating functions.In recent years,the rapid development of various applied technology,such as ship-to-shore communications, integrated navigation,data acquisition,electronic charts,makes a solid technical foundation for ocean-going vessel on-line monitoring system come true.Firstly,based on the urgent requirements of current on-line monitoring system, this paper analyses the present status of online monitoring system and describes the Ship Cargo Online Monitoring System(scom);secondly,it proposes an important improvement during data storage and communication in the online monitoring system,which is the incremental transmission.A broad platform for data storage and data processing is provided in the data warehouse with the charactorastics of subject-oriented,integrated,relatively stable and reflecting the historical changes; furthermore,based on the database,the characteristics and relevant functions of this database are introduced in Chapter 2 and Chapter 3,then,the database for incremental transmission is analyzed and created according to the characteristics of the database.Through the study of incremental algorithm,Chapter 4 presents a difference incremental algorithm which is suitable for the engine room data processing.Additionally,with the database,the incremental information treatment has been done to the information collected by the engine room.Time series residual method is employed in the classification of engine room data and the residual threshold data is calculated and the ultimate data transmission accuracy is settled according to the laws of statistics.According to the data accuracy,the real ship data incremental number has been processed in the last part of Chapter 4.Finally,this paper introduces that the text form is adopted in the modem ocean-going data transmission,and proposes the concept of binary transmission.With reference to the text of ASCII code transmission forms,the calculation of the actual amount of data is done.The results of research which have obviously advantages in solving large-scale ship-to-shore sustainable communications can significantly reduce the quantity of data communications,so this method will become the first choice of online monitoring system of data transmission.
