半潜船操作模拟器视景系统的研究

【摘要】 随着全球石油消费快速增长,油价屡创新高,深海油气工程投资方兴未艾,钻井平台、油气生产设备等相关设备的运输需求快速增长,专业远程海运重型成套大件的运输船越来越受到航运市场的青睐。全球专业船舶运输队凤毛麟角,具有装载重大件货物的专业技术人才更是为数不多。由于缺乏相应的培训平台,企业船员不可避免地在半潜船操作过程中出现一些操作失误,引起较为严重的后果。为了满足半潜船作业人员学习和培训的需要,有必要在航海模拟器大环境下研发半潜船仿真系统,半潜船操作模拟器视景系统软件的研制开发就是半潜船仿真系统中的一个重要的组成部分。本文以船舶静力学为基础,以Visual C++6.0和OpenGVS场景管理软件为开发平台,研制开发了半潜船操作模拟器应具备的视景系统。本文的主要工作总结为以下几个方面:1.以船舶静力学为基础,对现有的静态船舶稳性计算模块进行集成,完善修改了静态船舶稳性计算模块,实现了半潜船装载重大件货物的过程的动态稳性计算。2.根据半潜船装载重大件货物的方式,初步研究了半潜船滚动装载重大件货物和半潜船潜装重大件货物的计算方法,通过对半潜船稳性数据的分析,制定出相应的压载水调整方案。3.利用OpenGVS场景管理软件,开发了视景显示模块。实现了视点的转移和跟踪,通过设置在半潜船驾驶台、甲板以及外部的三个虚拟相机,实时动态显示半潜船各种运动状态。4.通过实时读取稳性模块计算出来的首尾吃水、船舯左舷吃水、船舯右舷吃水、纵倾角和横倾角,以及船舶模型得出的航向速度和转首角速度数据,初步实现了半潜船六自由度运动的视景仿真。
【Abstract】 With the global oil consumption increasing and oil price rushing the summit, investment of deep-sea oil and gas projects is rising,so that transportation demand on related equipments is rapidly grow,such as drilling platforms,oil and gas production equipments.It is popular for professional long-distance maritime transport of heavy sets of large vessels in shipping market.In shipping market,it lacks the global professional vessels,specially professional technological workers.As a result of lacking training platform,seamen may operate misplay during the manipulating process of semi-submersible heavy lift,causing serious results.For the studying and training demand of semi-submersible vessel operators,it is necessary to research semi-submersible simulation system in the navigation simulator circumstance,the visual system of semi-submersible heavy lift vessel is an important part of the whole system.Basing on the shipping statics,the thesis realized the visualization of the semi-submersible heavy lift vessel handling simulator under the Visual C++ and OpenGVS visualization development environment.The main works of the article could be summarized as the following four points:1.Basing on the shipping statics,the simulation software integrated and ament the existing stability module,and realized dynamic stability calculation during the process of semi-submersible heavy lift vessel loading heavy cargo2.In terms of heavy cargo loading mode,the thesis studied calculating method about loading heavy cargo with rolling and submersible by using semi-submersible heavy lift vessels.By analysis of the stability data,the thesis also drew up the corresponding adjustment of ballast water3.By making use of OpenGVS visualization development environment,the thesis exploited the visualization of semi-submersible heavy lift vessel handling simulator. The thesis realized the visual transfer and track,and mounted three cameras in order to display the semi-submersible heavy lift vessel state from the navigation cabin、cargo deck and outside of it. 4.The thesis realized all kinds of status on vessel by reading the stability module parameters,such as head draft、stem draft、mean draft and the ship model parameters,such as course and rotation of turning of ship heading.
