广州新图书馆施工仿真分析
The Construction Simulation Analysis of Guangzhou New Library

【摘要】 广州新图书馆工程建筑上分为南楼和北楼,两楼平面均呈半月形;结构上采用钢筋混凝土结构、型钢混凝土组合结构和钢结构组成的混合框架结构体系。本工程主要特点为结构倾斜,南楼墙柱向北倾斜,北楼北面墙柱向北倾斜,南边墙柱向南倾斜,局部和南楼在顶层合拢,南北楼斜墙柱最大倾斜度约18度。南北楼之间在八层(九、十层局部)设置水平连杆把南北楼连接成一个共同作用的结构体系。广州图书馆有一定的倾斜角度,结构的内力和位移会随施工的发展而不断增加。如果仍按设计位形施工安装则会导致主体结构如八层的南北两楼的连梁无法安装或次结构和围护结构安装困难或无法安装。所以要进行施工过程模拟,对倾斜柱设置变形预调值,来补偿施工过程中结构的变形,从而达到控制位形的目的。论文的研究工作主要包括以下两个方面1、施工过程模拟。采用正装分析法,通过Midas/Gen程序中对结构构件和荷载的激活和钝化功能实现施工过程的模拟。2、施工变形预调值的计算。采用正装迭代法,计算得出使八层连梁安装的施工变形预调值。论文研究得出了施工过程中结构内力和位移的变化及能使八层连梁顺利安装的施工变形预调值,为构件的加工生产、施工安装和施工监测提供重要依据。
【Abstract】 Guangzhou New Library Project is divided into South and North Tower,both of whose plans are shaped half-moon.It is used a mixed frame structure system which is composed by reinforced concrete steel reinforced concrete and steel structure.The main feature of this project is leaning structure-the columns of south tower are leaning in north directions and the columns of north tower are leaning in both directions.Generally,the largest inclination is about 18°.South and north tower are connected to a common structural system to resist external effects by the beams which are installed at the top of eighth floor.Due to the leaning feature of Guangzhou New Library Project,horizontal displacement will be continuously,increasing during the construction process.So,it may lead to a considerable deviation between the structural construction-completed configuration and the structural design configuration that will result in main structure such as the beam at eighth floor can’t be stalled.Therefore,there is necessary to construction simulation and pre-set deformation value to compensate for the deformation of the structure during the construction process,so as to achieve the purpose of configuration control.The main study of the thesis includes the following two aspects:1.Construction process simulation.The forward-analysis method is used,in this paper, under the "activation" and "passive" function on structural components and load of MIDAS/GEN process.2.Calculation of pre-set deformation value.In order to easily install eight-beam,pre-set deformation value is calculated using of forward iteration method in this paper.Paper studies the changes of internal force and displacement of structure during the construction process,and the pre-set deformation value for smooth installation of eight-beam. At the same time,paper gives important basis for process and production of components construction installation and construction monitoring.
