湿度对蜂窝纸板缓冲性能影响的研究

【摘要】 蜂窝纸板以其经济环保、性能优良等特点在近几年成为最广泛使用的缓冲包装材料之一,研究蜂窝纸板缓冲能量吸收特性对指导包装工程设计具有重要价值。本文首先研究了湿度影响下原纸的力学特性,以定量分别为105 g/m2高强瓦纸和定量160g/m2的箱板纸为例,参照国家标准JB/T6544-93,GB/T 4857.2-2005,测得蜂窝原纸力学性能拉伸曲线,并分析了湿度对蜂窝原纸弹性模量及屈曲应力的影响规律。基于静态压缩试验,测试了四个湿度(30%、50%、70%及90%)下不同材质不同结构的蜂窝纸板应力-应变曲线,分析出了湿度对于蜂窝纸板静态压缩线弹性区峰值应力、弹性模量及平台区应力σpl的影响,并通过对比蜂窝纸板平台应力σpl与蜂窝临界屈曲应力σys及蜂窝胞壁厚跨比t/l的理论关系式曲线,进一步表征出湿度对于蜂窝纸板平台应力σpl的影响。本文基于MATLAB平台构建了以标准化单位体积吸收能量和标准化应力为基本评价量的纸蜂窝结构能量吸收图,讨论了湿度对于蜂窝纸板能量吸收图的影响:随湿度增大,蜂窝纸板能量吸收图最佳能量吸收肩点左移变小。论文研究结论对于研究环境因素对于包装材料缓冲性能的影响、完善蜂窝纸板缓冲性能评价技术、纸板结构参数优化设计具有重要价值。

【Abstract】 Due to the environment-fiiendly,high property-to-cost ratio and favorable cushioning properties,the honeycomb paperboard is favorable to package,and one of wide-spread use packaging material.Research on energy absorption properties of honeycomb paperboard play an important role in the cushioning packaging design.Analyzing the importance of testing elastic modulus of raw paper,illustrating the test method with 105g/m2 and 160g/m2 kraft paper,referring to the test standard JB/T6544-93 and GB/T 4857.2-2005,mechanical property of raw paper is tested,the effect of the humidity to elastic modulus Es and the critical buckling stressσpl of the raw paper is analysed.In this paper,stress- strain curves of different kinds of honeycomb paperboard is ploted, based on static compress experiment,under four relative humidity conditions(30%,50%,70% and 90%).Study the influence of the humidity to peak stress,elastic line elastic modulus Es and the critical buckling stressσpl of the honeycomb paperboard.The influence of the humidity to the critical buckling stressσpl of the honeycomb paperboard is showed distinctly after contrast to relational expression of the critical buckling stressσpl of the honeycomb paperboard, buckling stressσys and thickness-length ratio(t/l) of the honeycomb cell-wall.From the factors of honeycomb paperboards,the models are respectively made for the energy absorption curves for the three distortion sections by subsection function.With the experiment,the model is characterized by energy absorption and stress,standardized by the solid modulus Es of paper honeycomb cores.Different honeycomb structures with the different material under four relative humidity conditions(30%,50%,70%and 90%) can be illustrated by the same energy absorption curve.These results indicate that with the increase of the relative humidity,elastic modulus Es of the honeycomb paperboard reduce,the best energy absorption dot move left and reduce.The conclusion of this paper play an importance role in analysis and research on the influence of the environmental factors to cushioning properties of packing material,estimate technique of the honeycomb paperboard cushioning properties,and structural parameter optimum design.
